Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

great game but unfortunately its almost unplayable for me there is an insane amount of lag and screen tearing
its great
played Andromeda, couldn't get into it. This was on sale, it is my wifes favorite game, figured id give it a shot but didn't expect to like it. 124 hours and i finally got 100% achievements and beet all three games (with a tiny bit of help, my wife watching and telling me when i'm about to miss something important or miss an achievement and correcting it) I was drawn in, first game was just so good i couldn't put it down. There where a few hiccups especially playing on insanity for my first playthrough of all three games, and theres a bug in the second one where you dont get ammo drops so you have to beat entire sections and kill 100s of enemies with limited ammo eventually to a point where for large portions of the game youre just behind cover instructing teamates and waiting for it to be over. added a lot of extra time to the playthrough from that which i didnt know was a bug i just thought it was crappy level design. There where a few points that almost got a tear to fall out my eye which i didnt expect. You have to romance tali in both 2 and 3 but cant romance her in 1, you can romance liara in 2 but it doesnt give paramour achievement so its impossible to get paramour and stay loyal across all 3 games. a little crummy but with some save scumming and careful planning around that achievement i was able to get it. combat was improved with each game, glad the mako was gone in two but they solved the problem with the mako by giving us a flying/jumping hover craft and took away the planet exploration then removed it completely in 3 instead of giving the best of both worlds but honestly not that mad about it. The story is also extremely engaging, the amount of choices that you make and they way they affect future games, choices in 1 actually have a large impact in 3 and the outcomes of 3 either helping or hindering you and the impact of those choices are felt across the franchise and that is something that many franchises have tried but this is the only one that ive seen that i have actually FELT the impact of all of my choices leading up to a final conclusion of the fate of a people, companion or even the war effort. This may actually be a top contender for my favorite franchise especially with them soiling themselves on dragon age. I just hope the next mass effect has the soul of the first one, the effort, and the weight of the original franchise and they don't wipe away the entire original trilogy like it doesn't matter and fill it with lectures that nobody wants to hear. I will be looking forward to the next mass effect game and hope that it measures up. I will try andromeda again now that i'm done with this one. To the devs who made the first 3 games i just have to say, well done. Absolutely well done.
Played for more than a decade, wonderful.
The fact that they can't fix the controller detection problem with the launcher bothers the hell out of me. I want to play the F***ing game and can't because the stupid launcher just won't detect the controller...until it suddenly does. No other game I have has this problem. This game is not new. This is a "Legendary Edition". Fix the controller detection issue. How is it that this problem can even exist at all for a product that people pay for. So stupid.
I barely got through ME1... that game truly has no redeeming feature. The combat is clunky. Weapons are unbalanced. Gearing is awful. Exploration is boring and travelling with the jeep thingy is unresponsive. The followers are completely useless apart from using assault rifles. I truly have nothing good to say about that game. So when I found out i had to relive all this trauma by using the same character in ME2 i quit instantly. Just seeing this guy's face again was enough to make me completely give up on ever trying to figure this game out.
Aside from frustrations with ME1's jenkiness (which lead to many MANY frustrations with glitches and softlocks on Ilos), I have never loved a videogame series quite like Mass Effect. It has many, many flaws, but in the grand scheme of the characters, writing and storytelling, it pales in comparison. I'm not trying to make this all poetic but I'm being sincere, I'm writing this review after finishing ME3 for the first time. I played this entire playthrough modded, qol stuff and textures to bring it to life - aside from plot hole fixes and the big one, an alternative ending to ME3 that places one of the DLCs at the end of the game as a post-credit farewell. I started with binging ME1 nonstop for a day and a half, then ME2 for about four days. Once I hit ME3 I started losing steam and took breaks to play other games between, but I've never devoured a game series in this manner before. Never have I sat looking at the menu screen when it was all over and felt a heartbreak in uninstalling the game - backing up EVERYTHING for an excuse to play new game + in the future. And for the first time, I KNOW I will be coming back for a new game + version, something I've never felt the need or want to do in a story-driven videogame before. I have a hard time picking other options when I replay games, but I can say 100% without a doubt that this game has some insane replayability. This is one of the games I felt like I was there with the characters, and I felt like my Shepard was truly, 100% canon, when I know EVERY Shepard is canon. I can understand why this series is so beloved, even today. And despite being an EA product, despite the flaws and Ilos softlocks that made me want to throw my PC out the window, I wholeheartedly recommend Mass Effect to ANYONE who wants a good sci-fi story-driven game. My name is Mystified Mortician, and THIS is now my favorite videogame on the Citadel.
