Mass Effect™ 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition (2012)

Mass Effect 3 is one of those games I keep coming back to simply for the multiplayer. Even after all these years, the multiplayer still holds up incredibly well compared to games released today. The sheer variety of characters, ability combinations, weapons, and different playstyles is honestly insane considering how old the game is. There’s always another build to try or character to play, and that variety keeps me coming back time and time again.

A nice final for the trilogy, even tho it has some problems which are mostly story related towards the end (that loophole at the end make me want to tear my hair off). It still left me feeling sastified to end the Journey of my Shepard. Gameplay wise, it's the best in the trilogy but it does feel like the rpg side took a backseat... This PC port was the least buggy out of the original 3, still no controller support (can be modded back halfway) and a 60fps lock (unlock the framerate cause issues by buffing the enemies) I would recomand this version if you want a old school fun tack-on multiplayer to play with friends mostly...

"We're sorry, an error has occurred" As of 7/4/2026 there seem to be EA server issue(s) that prevents launching this game with a product key activation error. This workaround helped me to get the game running again: https://www.reddit.com/r/MECoOp/comments/189u76r/mass_effect_3_product_key_could_not_activate/ Never buy this game for anything more than a deep discount as you may lose access to it over time. If you can get the game to work, then it is worth playing for an overall compelling singleplayer story campaign (which pays off more if you played the two prior games), interesting world building, well written character interactions, fun though albeit clunky combat gameplay, and decent co-op horde mode multiplayer.

Für mich war Mass Effect 3 ein richtig starkes Spielerlebnis. Was mich am meisten begeistert hat, war die enorme Tiefe der Story und wie sehr sich das Spiel geschafft hat, mich in seine Welt reinzuziehen. Viele Spiele erzählen eine Geschichte. Mass Effect 3 hat mich das Gefühl gegeben, ein Teil davon zu sein. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich die vielen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten. Man hat ständig das Gefühl, dass die eigenen Handlungen Gewicht haben und Beziehungen, Ereignisse und Entwicklungen beeinflussen. Dadurch fühlt sich jeder Durchlauf sehr persönlich an und man denkt oft länger über Entscheidungen nach, als man eigentlich erwartet hätte. Die Charaktere und ihre Geschichten haben mich ebenfalls total abgeholt. Viele Momente haben sich emotional angefühlt und ich wollte immer wissen, wie es weitergeht. Teilweise war ich so gefesselt, dass ich gar nicht aufhören wollte zu spielen und mir ständig gesagt habe: „Nur noch eine Mission“, und plötzlich waren wieder mehrere Stunden vorbei. Mass Effect 3 hat für mich genau das geschafft, was ein gutes Spiel schaffen soll: Es hat mich mitgerissen, unterhalten und dafür gesorgt, dass mir die Geschichte auch nach dem Spielen noch im Kopf geblieben ist. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die starke Storys, Entscheidungen mit Bedeutung und ein intensives Spielerlebnis mögen.

better than Mass Effect 2 but worse than Mass Effect 1. Endings kinda booty even though main idea is great. This game is very good, a lot of memorable quests and moments - definitely worth it, one of the best game series ever
