This is not a simulator, is just a game where you click, click, wait, click, wait, wait, click... in a loop.
Well, it's cute, but where's the rest of the game? You build the stores, manually collect money from them (why?) and... that's it so far. There are several technical issues (f.e. pause does not really pause the game, after reactivating the time speeds up), it is all oversimplified, but the biggest problem is gameplay - there isn't one.
Actually a pretty entertaining game. Hours of fun. It's a great game to relax and listen to music. You can build your mall as high as you want, and build as many shops as possible. I'd recommend this if you are looking for a quick, fun game.

I bought this game on sale for 62 cents and I still think that may have been too much. There is no way this game is worth the full price asking. It has WAYYYYY too many bugs to even count. It becomes more about learning how to make the game run properly, than playing the actual game. Now if you are looking for a quick couple hour game with a good amount of achievements and a slightly good time. This game is for you.
unfortantily i love management games so i picked up this one. turns out to be a not very well thought out good example "lets make 800 achievements that you get for just sitting there for less than a few minutes so the achivement pop up for steam covers the button to get the money frrom the shops which if you reep reward from one GUESS WHAT you can't click the button for the next 30 seconds sooooo there goes the money never to be seen again" i had to pause wait and wait and wait only had one store even though i unlocked the big bundle so there goes half of the starter money not that it matters the game throws money at you no challenge it would be great if they had a system for employees on the mall floor say a collector which later on could of had a scripted event for a choice for people that don't give money or something. i can forgive the game if it didn't annoy you off the bat with poor feeling early pergression that needs HEAVY tweeting but i feel this is a dead in the water product and can't suggest it to anyone who loves management games get something like project highrise much betterr playing and feeling game and much better optimized since i forgot this game is alittle bit of a laggy mess going between the types of stores. 3.5/10 could take this some where great but is so disappointing to see it not go anywhere.
My review to Mall Empire In this game allows you to build your own modern mall. You have more than 50 stores and different combinations to choose from. Furthermore, You can see your income and expenses in the financial reports and other reports. And many more. Pro: + Steam Trading Cards + 400 Steam-achievements + Management + Build your own mall + Points Shop Items Available Contra: - No controller support - Some few bugs
I recommend this game!
Cheap achievement machine. If you love parading around free achievements for practically nothing and don't care about consumerism, real games, indie developers, or honesty, this is the game for you. Boy oh boy don't you love accidentally buying achievement machines on chrono.gg? Also this game was made with the free Personal Unity engine. Take that in, just suck it all in. 0/400
Looks like a retro 90s classic game. Management game where you can build a 15 story mall with various stores and upgrade them to get more money. You can buy investments, upgrades, houses for your customers and start an advertising campaign. to get more customers. After you get the hang of it, it's fun to play. A few achievements are hard to come by. pros: has cards has 400 achievements (all working) you can save your progress cons: paused if you alt+tab the game some minor bugs if you reconstruct your mall Game is neither bad nor good, therefore 5/ 10.
