Maia is a colony building game set in the not-so-distant future. Your colonists make planetfall on a hostile world and you must ensure their survival and their safety, constructing their off-world habitat from almost nothing and sheltering them from a dangerous, often deadly environment.

very good game, really would recommend a+++++
Hands off and stay away, seems still unfinished and unplayable. Tech demo!!!
good concept.
Its good but it may need some changes to make it better but other wise its very good and detailed
Not that easy, if people die, don't fret call some new ones. The developer is very responsive on questions on discord.
This game is nice and it makes fun. A good and interesting colony sim. Yes it is still buggy and needs qol upgrades but the dev is on it. He is active in discord and patches are still coming :) Give it a try.
This game has so much potential. It wasn't updated for a while so I gave up on it. Recently had an update so decided to give it another try. It has crashed 6 times in the last 45 minutes or so.
Dead Game since its launch..always look at it in my libary to remind myself to never finance failure again. man 2018, imagine the fumble
I like the concept of the game. Not too much micromanagement is implemented, so you can focus what next to do. Pro's: - People makes most of "daily" tasks themselves - Available research for new or more efficient technogies - Light of colour influences well-being of colonists based on results of psychological tests in RL - Growing-Food-System is okay - Survival mechanics are well-thought like distribution of temperature or breathable air in rooms under caves - You can print some androids to relieve colonists in repairing tasks Con's: - Bad UI of colonists to satisfy their vital needs -> Very often they won't sleep although you have an extra room of beds without cantine -> Filling up water barrels doesn't work (at least in my case). No one is placing the barrel under the water distiller -> Wandering over fire isn't very smart The cons can be avoided with improvisation and prudence. The cons must not exist for a fully functioning game. But i like the concept of the game. and as a one-person project, i highly value the functional mechanics. For people who want a fully functional quality-of-life mechanism, I would therefore advise against buying it. You won't like the game because of its imperfections.
