Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

While I think this game has a strong foundation, it is one of the blandest experiences I ever encoutered. I am trying to 100% my game library and this one caught my eye cause the achievements are pretty straightforward. While, again, there is a good foundation the game overall is super bland. There is no story, no drive except ''just survive'', no end-game. Not even the occasional tasks are interesting as most of the time they are things you will do anyway. I want to like it, but the game being so bland and the spacing going super slow does not help at all. I didn't even finish half the research tree before getting all the achievements becaue research is super slow. There is a building called ''Institute'' which I guess would help, but you need to find it on an expedition and I never did. This could absolutely be an excellent game, the foundation is there, but it really needs some sort of story or extra events and perhaps a look over on the pacing of the game.

**🌬️ Oxygen – Survival, Strategy, and the Fight for Every Breath** *Oxygen* is a game that takes a simple idea—survival—and builds it into a tense, strategic experience where every decision matters. It’s not about flashy action or constant movement; it’s about managing resources, thinking ahead, and staying alive in an environment that doesn’t want you there. From the very beginning, the game establishes a strong sense of pressure. Oxygen isn’t just a resource—it’s *the* resource. Every action you take, every system you build, and every risk you consider ties back to one fundamental question: can you keep breathing? That constant tension drives the gameplay in a way that feels both stressful and incredibly engaging. The management mechanics are where the game really shines. You’re not just surviving—you’re building, optimizing, and adapting. Balancing oxygen production, resource gathering, and expansion creates a gameplay loop that’s both challenging and rewarding. It encourages careful planning, but also forces you to react when things inevitably go wrong. Visually, *Oxygen* leans into a clean, functional style that supports its gameplay. Everything is easy to read, which is crucial in a game where quick decisions can mean the difference between survival and failure. It may not be the most visually flashy experience, but it’s effective and purposeful. The pacing is another strong point. There are moments of calm where everything runs smoothly, followed by sudden spikes of tension when resources run low or systems start to fail. That balance keeps the experience dynamic and prevents it from becoming repetitive. However, the game isn’t without its challenges. The difficulty can feel unforgiving, especially for new players. There’s a learning curve when it comes to understanding how different systems interact, and mistakes can be punishing. Some players might also wish for more variety or narrative elements to complement the core gameplay. Still, for those who enjoy strategic thinking and resource management, that challenge is part of the appeal. **Final Verdict:** *Oxygen* is a tense and rewarding survival strategy game that revolves around one simple but powerful concept. It’s challenging, sometimes unforgiving, but deeply satisfying once you learn how to manage the pressure. **Recommended for:** Fans of survival and management games, players who enjoy strategic planning, and anyone who likes the idea of fighting to survive one breath at a time. I hope this review has been helpful.
It pains me to write a negative review for this. Core gameplay is very solid, akin to Frostpunk in terms of being perfect balance between suffering and "I'm somehow alive" on normal difficulty. The problem is everything else. Game becomes repetitive real fast: - researching is slow as hell (I got all achievements in 15h, but I'm only half-way through the research-tree and I can't bother with the rest) - graphics are washed out like with a sepia filter. It actually hurts to look at it after few hours for me - technical bugs (e.g., resolution in settings could not work and you need to set DPI-ignore on .exe to fix it) - in-game bugs (like after reload task has no reward, or how I have Cathedral right next to a lot of houses, but people still have 0 spirituality, or how 1 Canteen worker just constantly dying for no reason in the sandstorm even though Oxygen is enabled for it) - QoL issues, like no way to prevent idle workers from building paths during sandstorm, or how workers just ignore paths and goes whenever they want, so you have to memorize their path and build road right there - balance feels out of place. Slow research, slow radars, radar-rng-gated buildings, confidence level being way too hard and punishing after 16 lvl e.t.c. So once again, I've just finished all the achievements, I liked the game, I don't regret playing it, yet I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cannot recommend it
I gave this one a shot. I actually like slow building games. The problem I have with it is that there comes a point where you're not improving your town, you're simply increasing the difficulty by building more. The goal posts to what you need will move in one direction, always higher. You are meant to fail. If you make 2k energy, you will need 3k. It's like those RPG's where all the enemies level up when you do, so you're basically leveling them up more than yourself. I never found a spot where I could feel achievement for maintaining a sustainable energy source. The weather always demanded more until, on the easy setting, it was impossible to keep up. I dunno, maybe there's like one specific way you're supposed to play this game in order to min\max it. Meh, not my thing.
Will not allow me to rebind keys, which is absolutely unacceptable. It absolutely *acts* like it will let you rebind keys, but trying to do so makes the window lock up and the only thing it will allow me to do is cancel and return to the main menu.
No end game, no replay value. Only paid a few dollars due to great sale otherwise I probably would have never bought this one.
