Magical Brickout offers a new twist on the beloved classic Breakout formula. Instead of moving a small paddle back and forth across the screen you rotate the bricks in a circular fashion as you frantically try to keep the ball in the play area. This fast-paced and addictive gameplay is only half of the fun.

Holy ♥♥♥♥ the difficulty is ridiculously variable throughout all these levels. Despite that, it is a rather fun game to master. The difficulty curve for this little indie game is steep and immense, but once mastered it becomes ehhh ok. 7/10
Like an indie Peggle, while Magical Brickout has some polish to go, it's a great concept that just needs snapping up,
Magic Brickout is a fun little time waster. Pros: -Addicting! (like really.. really addicting) -Fun -Many Various levels -Epic Music -The game doesn't lag too often even with Fantastic option. Cons: -This game would be better with community made levels. -The text dialogue is sometimes hard to read. The game is really fun and amazing, you should buy it if your internet runs out or want to waste a little free time at work. (Please add the feature to customize character or make your own brickout level! :D, and keep it up!)
Divertido, simples e leve. ----------------------------- Fun, simple and light. Hit the targets without letting the ball leave the screen, there are power ups to help you and dangers to get in the way. The levels are very varied and mostly easy, the latter give some more difficult, but the whole game is a good pastime and may even be considered addictive. I recommend it if you are looking for a game in this style, but I would not pay full price.
Story is reminiscent of the Smurfs. Fairies locked in glass/ice? that you have to breakout (See what I did there?) Controls are simple and the gameplay is arcade style, rotational breakout. You could definitely waste some time playing this game. The backgrounds are a bit busy which make seeing the balls a little more difficult than it needs ot be. https://youtu.be/C3LEF5L8pLE
It's ok, not ad, playable and functional but from very first moment feels rushed and cheaply made, can still be fun to play but there other games more polished and richer than this one.
Easy to learn, fun to play, difficult to master. For an Early Access title, it's a very promising start and I look forward to seeing the game continue to evolve during development!
I have been playing for an hour and a half so far and so far it have been great, compaired to the traditional horizontal pinball games this game offers a spin to it, instead of the horizontal movment of the walls this game offers a circular wall movement system. it is quite fun at first and the level design was fun however i would love to have a save button to save my progress. Overall this game is fun and enjoyable and you will definetly be able to play this game hours on end.
For a game in early access, it shows promise. The game is also priced appropriately at $5. I will say that the game is extremely difficult. While I was able to clear through the early access levels in 30 minutes, getting a 3 Star score on every level would be VERY difficult, but perhaps that's the point. I say difficult because learning to rotate the playing field and calculate ricochet angles in your head, all while trying to hit objective bricks and powerups and avoiding debuffs, can get overwhelming. I guess theoretically one could get very good at the control scheme, but I can't imagine myself doing it. Still, worth keeping an eye out. The game field does rotate smoothly (though I wish there was an option to make it turn more quickly, art style is good, the polish is passible though not excellent, and the music is actually surprisingly stellar. The lack of a quick reset button was infuriating though.
Hello all. Under Ubuntu 14.04 there are keyboard control problem.
