My childhood game! I spent countless hours playing it. I have to say that I love every part of this game and sure some people today might say that it's old and the graphics don't look very good anymore, but for me and for many people especially from Czech Republic and Slovakia this game is a true national treasure. Personally Mafia has a very special place in my heart. Even though it's an older game I would still highly recommend giving it a try. The graphics may show their age, but the game makes up for it with an incredible story, memorable characters, amazing missions and many unforgettable moments. The atmosphere is one of the strongest parts of the game. The city feels alive, the music is fantastic and the whole experience really makes you feel like you're part of a classic mafia movie. The gameplay might be a little challenging for some modern players at first, but once you get used to it, it's easy to see why so many people still love this game today. This game is a classic and one of the best story driven games ever made. For me, it will always be something special and I still enjoy coming back to it after all these years. 10/10

I mean uh. It's decent. Dated as hell, but decent. I'd never pay money for it though, so that's why I can't recommend it. The plot is solid. The gameplay is basic, but fun, lots of driving and shooting, typical action-adventure. Nothing to write home about, but I mostly enjoyed my time spent playing, even if it's not something I talk about often. But it has a ton of flaws. Just to mention a few, the city is empty as hell, the driving sequences are extremely stretched, the rare auto-save and the lack of manual saving sucks, the driving is clunky as well... If you got it for free and you really have nothing better to do, why not. But the bar for "nothing better to do" is extremely, extremely low, you'd usually have something better to do, and you definitely don't want to pay for it.

Первый Mass Effect в сэтенге Америки 30-х годов. В том плане что режиссура, кат сцены, хорошо поставлены и интересно что будет дальше, но всё спотыкается об геймплей, как и в первом MS стрельба просто ужасная и не удобная из-за вида камеры, порой тяжело понять куда пуля полетит, стагеры из-за которых персонаж тупит и ловит ещё пули или ещё один стагер, периодические oneshot'ы, геймплей это то над чем работали в последнюю очередь. Есть ещё то что при перезарядке ты весь магазин выкидываешь, но к таким вещям я уже привык, так что минусом не считаю. Благодаря этой игре я теперь ненавижу автопром 30-х. Управлять машиной тяжко и их вводит в занос от любого движения из-за этого погони состоят из 70% езда по дороге и 30% столкновение со всем чем можно. В конце миссии тебе обязательно надо вернуться в бар что добавляет времени к прохождению, почти все миссии составлены так: Из A езжай к B, сделай C, иногда D, всё сделано? Гуд, езжай снова на A. В гонках на "Профи" вообще нельзя допускать ошибок, я дважды мог пройти, но из-за лёгкого заноса весь прогресс идёт по одному месту, тебе надо !!!8 МИНУТ!!! ехать первым и ещё не уйти в занос, гонку нужно натурально задрочить, но вопрос - зачем? Полиция которая докучает ВСЕГДА! Тебе надо кого-то догнать? За тобой уже едут полисмены, из-за их нужно всегда смотреть на радар и сбавлять скорость при их обнаружении. Реалистично, прикольно, но в первый раз, дальше это геморрой. Как всегда интернет продал под видом шедевра, но получил только разочарование. Крутая игра для крутых, которые любят крутые фильмы.
