Fundamentally cruddy, broken and unfinished, an opportunity gone to waste. The UI and menus are an eyesore and mostly don't make any sense and furthermore aren't even translated (from Russian) in some places despite setting the language to English. There's supposedly lots of content, cars, tracks and customization, yet every race plays and feels the same, which in MadOut's case is not a good thing. There's no objectives, tracks are extremely linear and bland, the cars handle like shopping carts and the weapons don't really do anything at all. All the advertized visual settings don't do anything for the game because even maxed out it's painful to look at. Mind you most of the sceenshots and even the trailer video are heavily post processed, for a good reason. MadOut needs a complete rework in order to justify any kind of pricetag. Do not buy this; it's ♥♥♥♥.

while the handling and damage model is acceptable, rest of the game is not worth that money. tracks are boring, textures are terrible. There are translation errors and text overlapping in the menus. It feels like mobile game more. if it was 3x cheaper it would be acceptable i guess.

If you are on Windows, don't buy it, you have better options like the BugBear's games FlatOut, FlatOut2 and Wreckfest. But if you are on Linux and haven't another options, maybe you can enjoy it. This game has nice graphics, a good soundtrack, nice cars and nice speed effects, but suffers with boring racing tracks and has some erros that you just don't believe how the developers do not correct before release it on Steam (like the position counter, which is wrong for most of the time). It is like 70/100.

It's pretty much Flatout/Blur. Not a bad little game. Pretty fun. Im enjoying the Linux support :)

This is a bit dissapointing actually...It's not what I expected. I will start by talking about all the bad parts of the game. 1. Game starts in with a small screen. Full screen will probably lag your game and it will be harder to play. 2. You start off with 15k$ and you can basically everything you want with all of that money. 3. No car selections, not too many guns, rockets, etc. The biggest selection you have are wheels, which you have to rebuy them every time you want to change a wheel. There are no cars to choose but only how the car looks like. (The graffiti on the car) 4. No multiplayer, it's just with bots and I bet it'll be a bit more fun if you could play with friends. 5. Sounds for guns, rockets, turning, etc are the same. When you turn, every single time it makes the same turning sound. Every time you shoot, it makes the same shooting sound, etc. It's not too bad, but at least the sounds better. 6. No gamemodes. It's just racing and getting to the end, it gets boring pretty quickly. 7. Something that doesn't make sense, I was on the first place, it was saying I was on third. I was third place, it said I was at first place. Probably just a small bug, but I would like to know which place I'm on. 8. The music...it just gets annoying. Maybe some of you liked it, but it's not something that I would like to listen to every day. There might be some that I missed or forgot, but the game is already pretty bad with all of these facts. I don't have any good stuff to say about this game. Excpect on how the cars look like, some are cool. If you're a person who loves racing games..Maybe, just maybe you'll enjoy this game for a while, but I doubt that. I had fun for the first 10 minutes. But on the fourth level I got bored already. I would rate this game 4/10, it's just not a good game.

Grafisch und spielerisch durchschnittlich. Die Gegner sind schwierig zu besiegen, (auch auf der einfachsten Einstellung) und die Motivation lässt schnell nach weil es zu schwierig ist. Wenn keine Platzierung unter den ersten 3 Plätzen möglich ist gibt es wenig oder gar kein Geld, und die Upgrades können nicht gekauft werden. Auch neue Autos können nicht gekauft werden und die Motivation ist fort.

Сама по себе игра хорошая, но зачем для одиночной игры нужен сервер где-то в интернете? Так что если у вас нестабильный интернет, то место на диске может пропасть впустую.

Занятний игровой процесс, безбашенные скорости, настоящая аркадная игра. Все это вы здесь... не найдете никогда. Скучно, однообразно, никакой изюменки. Топорное управление. Жалею потраченных денег. Покупал со скидкой. И жалею... Делайте выводы сами.
