Lop Nor Zombie VR (HTC Vive)

未クリア。 トレーラーのBGMがハウス・オブ・ザ・デッドくさい。 ゲーム内容はVRバイオハザード。 [h1]チュートリアル[/h1] ゲームを開始すると小部屋でチュートリアルが始まる。 ちなみにスキップできず、ゲームを始める時は毎回これをしなければならないもよう。 メニューボタンでテレポートし、机に近付く。 机の上の銃に触れ、トリガーを引いて掴む。 反対側の手で机の右側にあるマガジンに触れてトリガーを引いて回収する。 回収したマガジンは腰のあたりにあるバッグに入るので、バッグに触れてトリガーを引き、マガジンを掴む。 掴んだマガジンを銃に近付けて挿入し、銃の上部に触れてトリガーを引いてから手前に引いてスライドを引く。 ここまでするとテーブルの左側に手榴弾が現れる。 手榴弾に触れてトリガーで掴む。 手榴弾を掴んだまま再びトリガーを引き、そのまま腕を振りながらトリガーを離して投げる。 しばらくすると手榴弾が爆発する。 ちなみに爆発に巻き込まれてもダメージはない。 ここまで進めると扉が光るので、扉の前までテレポートすると本編が始まる。 [h1]本編[/h1] テレポートで前進しながら、現れるゾンビを銃で蹴散らして進んでいく。 所々何かをしなければ進めない場所がある。 [h1]評価[/h1] 全体的に作りが甘いけれど、内容が充実すればそこそこ遊べる内容になりそうだとは思う。 が、致命的に「重い」。 GTX1080環境でもゲーム開始時にスポーンする小部屋ですら扉の方を向くとフレーム落ちが発生するほど。 これのせいでプレイしていると目がおかしくなりそうになりまともに遊べない。 リリース時点の値段から極端な値下げがされたようだけれど、現状では無料ゲーにすら及ばない。 将来的なアップデートで化ける可能性はあるけれど、現時点では無料でもプレイはオススメできないというのが結論。

System being used: VIVE Pro, Pro controllers and 2.0 sensors, i9-7900X, 1080 and 32 GB RAM This is basically a proof-of-concept for a dystopian zombie shooter. The game is literally 15 minutes long with one level, one boss and two types of firearms (Pistol and SMG). There are zombies, dogs, bats (odd), 1 person and a boss. So, if you want something you can play around with for a little bit, I'd consider this on a deep sale. As it is, I can't recommend it to anyone that would actually play this as a game though.

Bad graphics and yet worse performance than better looking titles. Bad jittery controls and no plot.

I thoght it may not be so scared when taking a glance at the trailer video. But the zombie suddenly appeared behind me really shocked me! Nearly let me down. The gameplay is good and not boring since player can try rich kinds of weapons. Nice shooting game on steam!

Now I received this game in a bundle of 10 Vr titles which I brought for $3.49 and this game makes up at least 70 cents of that total so not to bad. Pros: Has zombie bats Has zombie dogs Has best looking zombies and exploding from the VR zombie games so far Has zombie bats Teleport has a time so can't just rush by Graphics are good Cons Guns need work and need haptic feedback Locomotion needs track pad option It's a zombie wave shooter Repetitive For what I paid as part of a VR bundle it seems worth it. In a world full of zombie wave shooters this is just another one and if you have plenty no need for another. But if you don't and like zombies and shooters and have a fetish for zombie bats then this ones ok. It's not the worst and it's no Arizona Sunshine (although it doesn't have that annoying voice over ♥♥♥♥ that AS has at least)

Pretty mediocre game at best, definitely not even worth the $3. Worse than most free demos. Incredibly short, completely lacking in content, and pretty buggy to boot. Personally I did not like the gameplay at all. Guns felt like ♥♥♥♥ and zombies.... just look at the video. Poorly animated, stupid (even for zombies), and react completely wrong when shot, not to mention the horrible effects. Zero immersion. The things it does right are mood/atmosphere and that's pretty much it. Might be immersive if not filled with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ zombies. I'd say even if this was free not to expect much but for $3 stay clear. I got it in a bundle and still feel a bit ripped off. No clue why so many people like it, but I guess a lot of people like HordeZ too....

Except for pistol and smg, other weapons like grenade and axe can be equipped. I like the appearance of bat and suggest adding more. In a word , the game is nice.

[b]I managed to get this game to play on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers![/b] Not only did I have to do a windows 7 compatability fix, but for whatever reason I had to run the game directly from the game folder with admin priviledges. Also, my right hand and left hand were mixed up (but that didn't effect gameplay, just looked weird) and I was usually facing away from the front sensors with no way to turn around. I do recommend a full roomscale setup for this reason. This game is just a lot of fun. The problem is that it's way too short. It really is like a demo for this awesome game. Unfortunately, that game doesn't exist. You do teleport in this game for locomotion. The puzzles to progress are really just barricades that you figure out how to get past [spoiler] you shoot them/blow them up [/spoiler]. The gun play is satisfying. Shooting dogs and bats is freaking awesome. The grenades are difficult to deploy correctly although I'd imagine with practice you could get used to it. You can even pick up an axe and start chopping zombies! This game has a Resident Evil 6 vibe, as it's more about fast-paced action in a post-zombieapocalyptic world. The graphics are okay for the most part, not mind-blowing but definitely better than most VR titles (sadly). The bats in particular look awesome as they fly near you. Rating 7/10 I had fun, it's just over way too soon, but at the current price the quality content matches the price
