About
Every run starts with you alone.
As you move across the map, choose a route that leads to valuable loot. Along the way, you will meet companions who will help you fight this difficult battle!
You need to collect a separate set of equipment for the hero and each companion.
Items do not have fixed slots. You can rotate them and place them in the inventory as long as there is free space.
Items become truly powerful when they start affecting one another. Some items have auras that strengthen weapons or armor in adjacent cells.
Sometimes moving an item by a single cell is enough to change the entire build.
In combat, you control only the main hero.
Companions act on their own. They already know what to do...
At the end of each biome, you choose one of two boss parts.
Each part changes the Guardian's appearance and power. After completing all biomes, you will have to face the final boss.
Some rewards in Lootbound cannot be obtained just like that.
In special rooms, you are offered several options with different difficulty levels. The more valuable the reward, the harder it is to obtain with a dice roll.

Reviews

It’s a cool game with good graphics and excellent sound. Thank you
Too easy, but pretty chill to play
Fun game. I like the backpack hero/slay the spire vibe. Good art, lots of gear, solid artwork and graphics. I do think that this game is a little too easy and would like it if there were harder levels added in.
Really nice game for a really fair price.
Genuinely cool new twist on roguelike deckbuilders, but unfortunately it fails to make the most interesting part of the game matter. If you have played other Deckbuilders before and enjoyed them for their strategy, you will most likely be disappointed with this game. In other deckbuilders you get to enjoy it when your deck comes together and you get to use what you have built. The combat is really boring and mostly consists of only using the basic attack and reduces the most interesting part of the game (the inventory building) to a stat check. Encounters with enemies always feel the same. There is no strategy to it and winning feels like a walk in the park even on highest difficulty. Maybe I've just been lucky as 80% of the players on steam have the achievement of dying once, but I doubt that anyone who had any prior experience with Deckbuilders will have a challenge. To add to the being lucky part: There are encounters where you can roll a die to have a chance of getting good items and you are left emptyhanded if you fail. Doesn't feel satisfying when winning the roll and feels incredibly bad when failing. Very weird game design to me. That said, it has really cool art and sound. The inventory mechanic is a really neat idea. This could be cool with an overhaul for combat and loot encounters.
