Great game. Yes, it's repetitive. That's fine, it's chill. The randomly generated puzzles in the free play mode work well, so the gameplay is unlimited. Once you've beaten all the story puzzles, you can play the daily ones for a few minutes each day and compete on the leaderboard, too. Very pleased with this game.
The classic grid-type logic game is well represented by this puzzler. The game has multiple DLC to extend your puzzling pleasure.
If you like those travel book logic grid puzzles, you are in for a treat ! Seems easy at first but there are 3 level of difficulty and you don't choose. You have to go through all of those. Don't worry there are extra hints and help if you need. But if you are used to those logic puzzles, it's not gonna be so hard. There is no guessing AT ALL, you just need to find the logic behind the hints. I had a good real 10h on it, worth it. Also there is a daily logic, so if the game is finished, you can still daily have a logic grid and this one has the 3 difficulties, and there you can choose. Personnally, I always do all 3 :D Besides the mecanism, the game is cute, it has this "cleaning game" aspect as well, which personnally I like and gives me purpose.
I used to do logic puzzle books when I was a kid. This is those puzzles in digital form and it's great!
I'm a lifelong fan of grid-style logic puzzles, and this is basically the same idea. I prefer the grids, but that doesn't keep me from enjoying it. Pros: * automatic fill / removal when you narrow down a piece (autosolve) * nice music * the ability to discard a clue you're done with (and get it back if you discard by accident) * the all clues or one clue at a time options * customizable puzzles * ability to change confirm / remove controls Cons: * it stops you from making mistakes (seriously, I hate this) * no undo * the default short & long click controls resulted in a lot of accidental mistakes (but see above, you can change them) * goofy justifications for clues that don't make sense (only one person is qualified to use duct tape???) * similar-looking items are easy to confuse (blue butterflies, red trains, etc) I think the ideal solution to the blocking mistakes and no undo problems, while keeping an option for autosolve, would be to put autosolve on a button.
(Click and hold to confirm the right answer)。
A logic game where you have to assign objects to people based on clues. A bit boring and tedious after a while because the only thing changing are the people and the objects and it resets back to really easy puzzles after finishing each secition. Which is fine to get to know the new items but it feels weird to me. Best play it while listening to a podcast or what ever and turn down the sound. It looks fine and palys well. Score: 6/9
Good grid based deduction logic game. There's daily challenges and randomized puzzles so you won't run out of content. There's a story / campaign but it's just window dressing or for thematic purpose; the story doesn't relate to anything and you don't have to pay attention to it. If you have to retry a level, the puzzle is randomized as well, in terms of clues and object locations - the grid size remains the same however. Playable on the steam deck. When the grid size is large, there are icons when small enough requires careful scrutiny to not mistake it for another. Played mostly on Steam Deck. I felt that with the simple graphics (basically just a 3D diorama model) it consumed too much power (12-15W) than it should. No way to adjust graphical options.
I didn't expect to be hooked on this game as much as I was. Once you get the hang for how the game works, it can be addicting.
It's like a word form of sudoku. Fully engrossed till I forgot to take my meds lol
