Reviews
Very cozy chill game without much stress. Loved designing and unlocking everything for the main portion of the game. Does get quite grindy at the end of game if trying to get all achievements.
delightful and relaxing
恼火 最后:POCKET WATCH RUINED THE GAME

I enjoyed my time seeing everything there was to see in this game and am fine with one-and-doneing it. I think it's easiest for me to share my thoughts in a pros and cons list. THE PROS: [olist] [*]The general look of the game is very cute and well-made, IMO. Then again, I'm a sucker for pixely styles. [*]The music is delightful, though I'll admit it can become repetitive. You can ofc turn it off if it bothers you. [*]The characters are likable. Even the rude characters are charming in a way to me. [*]There are unique crops, ores, fish, other items, and mechanics brought to the game that help it stand out from others in the genre. [*]There are a ton of customization options for your home and town. My house was CROWDED because I tried to fit all my favorite items inside haha. [*]The gameplay loop can feel very relaxing, something I appreciate a lot. [*]There's a decent story, something that I do like with most games. [*]There are a variety of things to do. Fish, forage, farm, mine, catch bugs, reorganize your town, decorate, and a few other things I won't say so they aren't a spoiler. [/olist] THE CONS: [olist] [*]While the characters are likable, there are only so many dialogue options for each. It won't take as long as you might think to have seen them all. [*]If you're expecting this to be like Stardew Valley or something, it isn't. The farming, mining, fishing, etc are fun to me personally, but do not have the same depth or mechanics that a game like that has. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I can see how it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. [*]Although there are a ton of customization options, something that I felt very mixed about was the limitations on customizing NPC houses. They want very specific details, from the wallpaper to particular decoration pieces. You can place more things in the room, and of course the NPCs are their own distinct personalities with personal taste, it still felt very limiting sometimes. I felt this most when certain NPCs prefer different elevations and want to live near X person/thing. [*]While the gameplay loop for me didn't really get to this point, it can become repetitive rather quickly. Going for 100% for the achievements (if you care about that) WILL become a bit of a grindfest. [*]Although the story is nice enough, in this I can relate it to Stardew Valley; it's not very deep or however you want to put it. But that's okay, not every game needs a super detailed story. Just thought I'd mention that. [*]This game, to me, lacks replayability. I'm perfectly fine with the hours put in and the time I spent with it, but I'll likely not come back to the game. It was an enjoyable time, but once you've completed it, you've pretty much seen everything there is to see and the restrictions on some things limit the reasons to replay it. [*]If you're not the smartest like me you might need to look up some information online. I couldn't grasp how to "breed" new flower types and needed help. [/olist] Overall I do really recommend the game, it's a fun time, just be aware that if you care about 100% completion it will likely suck at your soul a little. Certain achievements will also be harder than they first seem (looking at you, tarott monster).
I have found, in searching for something that captured the magic of Stardew Valley, that "like Stardew Valley" will lead one down a dark spiraling hole of awful games that try to get in on Stardew's popularity. In my searching, I stumbled across this little game about Littlewood. There is a feeling of familiarity here, but it is far from a rip-off of another. You *can* farm, but farming isn't so much a core mechanic of the game as it is helpful. Time passes through actions and not as a running clock. All of the new visitors who eventually come to live in your town have their own needs and wants for their respective houses, making placement and crafting important. If you are like me, you will also discover a little too late that the special visitors require certain actions and behaviors. If there is one gripe, it is how extensive the process is to get access to all of the special visitors - this is a little drag. The artistry and palette are beautiful. The soundtrack is limited, but I do find myself whistling the tune from time to time. This is always an easy and quick recommendation for me to anyone who likes the cozy style of games. Here's hoping the dev invests more time into a followup.
really fun and cute :33
Si estuviera en español, seria increíble.
Cute game, easy to 100%
Cute and fun game! I am greatly enjoying the building of a lovely town and the adventures that come my way!
