Light Bound

[h1] Control your dude and shoot enemies. You can store up 3 bullets at once then you need to find new weapon. Plenty of modes like survival, deathmatch, tag, dodge and one more. Visual style is unique and somewhat unusual. Sounds are good and rather subtle especially on headphones. I don't find this game fun for single player although it might be fun when playing with friend. Overall it's not a bad game but rather shallow. [/h1]

If you've ever spent hours in the arcade playing space invaders or any shooter arcade co-op game this is the game for you. Minimalistic funky graphics with great touches and nods to things like space invader inspired floating jellyfish background ambience, weapons that have sound effects at times that seem like a nod to Defender. (the Nova weapon). Wacky characters. Even the character selection screen reminds me of the Ninja Turtles arcade character select screen (in a way). What seems like a simple shoot-em up quickly turns into "one more game". Great soundtrack by Gloom also. All around great package. Totally reccomend as a party game if you have multiple controllers :D

Czasami, kiedy nie mogę spać, to losuję sobie jakąś gierkę z biblioteki. Tym razem padło na Light Bound. Czasami zdarza się, że losując grę trafię na ciekawą pozycję wartą uwagi, a czasami na crapa. W tym wypadku trafiłem na przeciętną grę, przy której zabawiłem nieco ponad godzinę i pewnie do niej już nigdy nie wrócę. Gra Light Bound, to pozycja, w której naszym zadaniem jest przejść 100 plansz. W miarę pokonywania plansz poziom trudności rośnie, a nas dodatkowo ogranicza czas. Co ciekawe śmierć nie kończy rozgrywki, bardziej istotny jest czas, którego nie ma za wiele. Kiedy takowy się skończy, przyjdzie nam rozpocząć grę od nowa. Nie ma możliwości rozpocząć gry od planszy na której skończyliśmy, nie ma żadnych punktów zapisu. Przegrałeś grasz od nowa. Ta cecha w połączeniu z przeciętnym gameplayem powoduje, że po kilku podejściach mamy gry dość. Nie dlatego, że jest jakaś strasznie trudna, zwyczajnie przechodzenie ponownie tych samych etapów w kółko, tylko po to, aby dojść teraz dalej nuży. Gra posiada, też tryb multi do 4-rech graczy. Trudno powiedzieć, czy tryb ten sprawdziłby się w kilka osób na dłużej, skoro sama gra poprzez swoją rozgrywkę nie zachęca do dłuższego obcowania. Niby jest przyjemna dla oka grafika, jest też sensowna muzyka, oraz pani od narracji która obchodzi żałobę. Gra nie wygląda źle. Coś jednak nie zagrało... Jak wygląda gameplay? Legit the worst game I've ever played. But then 2 days later I played it and it was a new game with new levels and nudity in the loading screen. (Flailing ♥♥♥♥♥ and a graphic depiction of slug on caterpillar penetration)\ 0/10 for releasing a game that traverses parallel dimensions and changes completely. Highly reccomended by most Jews.

Get boring very quickly, especially against bots.

Well, this game is great... I have played the single player yet. ... if you ask me a comparison, I would compare it to the feeling I have while playing Binding of Isaac. You know you will die, but you will try your best to move those extra few inches over last time.

Retro arcade neon fun. It's simple yet challenging. I believe this came in a bundle, and it overall it put me back about 50 cents.
