Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Einfach Ende. Schämt euch Travellers Tale. Schämt euch. Und macht das nie wieder.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

TT GAMES I'M BEGGING YOU PLEASE MAKE A Battle of the five armies DLC OR AN UPDATE OR EVEN A REMASTER OF THE WHOLE LOTR FRANCHISE, IF STAR WARS AND HARRY POTTER CAN HAVE ONE SO CAN THE HOBBIT. Also this was incredibly disappointing, i was hoping to play as Dain Ironfoot.
A SCAM by definition! Another case of the developers NEVER testing nor playing their own game before selling it at full price. There are 2 categories of scam in here: -You only get 1/3 of the game. -The number of bugs that will either brake your game or lose your hours of progress. 1.Let's talk about the first scam. Indeed contrary to any other LEGO game before, it is either base on a single movie or a trilogy. This is even more emphasize by the previous LEGO Lord of the Rings following this long LEGO game rule/tradition. So what happen? GREED, greed happen. They tried selling you the Hobbit trilogy 3 times by selling you the missing content by DLC's. YES, they went that far, but then they cancel the announced DLC that was going to give the the other 1/3 of the game. At least they did not force you to buy the other stupid DLC's to complete the game. 2.Now for the second scam. Selling a game with 0 testing before is by definition a scam. The number of hours I lost with NPC's disappearing BUT their quest marked as finish on the map is crazy! The smith escorting mission was a buggy mess, if you get it bugged once, the game will NEVER tell you is not done yet. Unfortunately after the game told me it was completed I closed the game, days after when I came back I lost hours figuring out why the story was blocked. Another big bug especially with escorting missions is, NPC's do not follow your speed. I hate games that do this. Even worse, if you get a little far you get a mission fail. Even though the NPC was still in my Screen! Not counting the uncountable other bugs : Non interactable floating RED bricks, getting stuck in fast traveling animations, kills not counting, game forcing you to go to next stage even though you where not near close to it, minikilts detector NOT working wrongly indicating the missing kit is in another area, story obligatory characters NOT appearing in the Boss combat stage, the mining game one hit NOT working (I can reproduce this bug in 4K, proving the incompetence of the developers), etc... As if all this is not enough, this is the most confusing over complicated LEGO game I ever played, and this is supported by many. The amount of Special abilities specific to individual characters, will make you spend more time finding/switching the right character than playing the game. The amount of time lost just traveling right and left on the big map just to complete quests is stupid. Even using the fast travel to ''gain'' time, I spent hours in the fast travel animation. OH and they also add specific order for some quests : -''you want to do this one now that you are here? NOP! You have to go to the other corner of the map and do another one first. But we are not going to tell you that, you need to figure out.'' RIDICOULUS!
Добра і дуже весела гра, але інколи трапляються баги, через які доводиться перепроходити завдання. 8/10
Finde es schade, dass man dem spiel kein richtiges ende gegeben hat (enttäuscht mich persönlich). Müsst ihr wissen.
I generally like the LEGO games. This was not one of them. Pros: - Journey back through Middle Earth with a new crew of characters. Cons: - The game follows the first two Hobbit movies. It has no DLC for the third movie nor anything from the Lord of the Rings, not even little call backs. - There was A LOT of running back and forth to things in order to get all the collectables. It sucks. - At some point the game would glitch and not allow you to either, accept a quest or turn in a quest which made no sense. - I wasn't a huge fan of the Hobbit movies. The games made the movies even more insufferable by trying to add humor where not needed. - They added random sections where it brings up building things in a quick time event and it just doesn't make sense for any LEGO game. Overall there was a lot of little things that culminated into the game not being fun.
Unfortunately it is incomplete. End credits roll after Smaug flies out of Erebor towards laketown
Among all the Lego games, Lego The Hobbit is definitely within the lower echelon. It adheres to the Lego format fine, and it's a welcome addition to any Lego fan's library. But outside this niche crowd, I can hardly recommend this game, and would suggest checking out other renowned Lego titles. My biggest gripe with this game is it's incomplete. You only get to play through the first two movies, and it upsets me that I paid for an unfinished product which lacks any plan for completion. Perhaps this isn't exactly the fault of the developers, but it nonetheless drags this game down substantially. While on topic of faults unrelated to the developers, playing Lego The Hobbit reminded me of how terrible The Hobbit movies were. The Lego humor did a decent job at keeping me somewhat entertained, but more often than not I was left so uninterested or bored because of how drawn out the material was. Shifting the scope to faults within control of the developers, a lot of the mechanics are strange or downright frustrating. For instance, I enjoyed the mithril bricks of Lego Lord of the Rings. I hate how this game extends it by requiring miscellaneous loot for crafting. The entire crafting system in general is just dumb. Why do I need to spend so much wasted time trying to find a specific type of loot? It stumped my immersion several times, to the point of straight irritation. And on that note, why are so many systems flat out broken? Lego The Hobbit is definitely showing its age, and the sheer number of bugs I encountered left me more frustrated than entertained overall. In all honestly, this game was probably designed as abandonware to cash in on the hype while the movies came out, which is a shame because I generally hold the Lego games to a higher standard. There isn't really much more to say about Lego The Hobbit. It's the standard Lego formula with a bunch of questionable design choices, based on a horrible source material. If you have loyalty to the Lego franchise, this is a fine addition. If you don't, skip this entirely.
