great game! really love the gameplay expansion from the early lego star wars. the cut scenes make me laugh a lot. and i really like how much there is to explore
Probably one of LEGO's greatest creations. Probably the best LEGO Star wars game ever! The best in my opinion. competing with the original three: LEGO Star wars the video game, original trilogy and complete saga.
One of the GOAT games for Lego
peak childhood
muy divertido y animaciones buenas
My biggest childhood game, it was magic to 100% it again! For any fan of TCW and Lego, this is the best game, even tho it's only the early seasons of the show. It's very complete with all characters, even classic ones, and many different battles! (I wish we could get a sequel of this with more missions aaaa)
Star Wars III: The Clone Wars: a decent Lego game bogged down by repetitive game design and cryptic completion tactics. The game has you play through several episodes from the early seasons of TV series, divided into three different paths hunting one of the big three villains. A decent mixture of regular levels, ship fights and hybrids, alongside the new assault levels letting you play a simple strategy game. Here the game is relatively okay, your standard formula refined and continued like they did beforehand. Then you try to go for completion and you quickly see how tedious it becomes. Whether it be having to navigate through the huge hub going through multiple loading elevators, or having to backtrack to a panel cause you can't switch characters on the fly. So hope you got the right character on hand or it's two elevators back to the nearest station. The main culprit are the assault missions. Every planet gets one for the Republic and the Seperatists, alongside a space mission. Most are just flat planes where you build stuff on and do a mission (destroy all buildings, destroy statues, destroy HQ, make an escape pod) with very little change between levels besides maybe how you should approach destroying these buildings. Some of these are unlocked by completing the faction that's available, others are unlocked by unlocking minifigs and other stuff. Then you need to get the entire space map to be overtaken by one faction, twice, to get the final minifigs. Which quickly builds up into doing the same maps over and over again. At least a good third of the gold bricks are tied to it, and that's not including the story missions that also have you do assault missions. So hope you like assault missions cause they make a good third of the whole game. It just spreads whatever content it has way too thin over too much space, dragging the whole experience down. Good if you like the Clone Wars series, but not recommended.
