Legends of Dragaea: Idle Dungeons

I like the retro feeling.

Game starts slow, then you level up, game speeds up, you get some stuff, level more, game speeds up.

Fun game.

I love classic dungeon crawlers and found this weird similar but rather more idle and automation. There's great freedom how you wanna build your team. Simply a good long game that I think I can have patience to complete.

Its a strange guild management autobattler where the best course of action is to rush to the endgame with the bare minimum to save your sanity. If you don't don that, you'll spend hours managing through and endless amount of items with wildy randomized attributes and roll ranges for NINE different characters and you only level 3 at a time per run. The standard settings are very easy, but at the same time optimizing teams is the whole point of the genre. The funny part is that these constraints are slowly removed as you progress, the same process of carefully picking potentially good items eventually is boiled down to crafting them entirely to the exact stats you need and easily attain perfect rolls. You can even raise their raity and tier to match your current gear...its strange. it feels like im just wasting time by trying to play normally and its not even needed. In the other hand skipping the whole process of levelling and progressing through gear is also not something im interested.

I bought it for the graphics, however it is growing on me. Really good.

Legends of Dragaea macht erstaunlich viel Spaß. Die Grafik ist nicht hochmodern, trägt aber gut zur Athmosphäre bei. Obwohl die Kämpfe automatisch ablaufen und man sie am PC meist im Hintergrund ablaufen lässt (Idlegame halt), schaut man dem Team immer wieder mal gerne dabei zu, wie sie durch die Dungeons marschieren und mit unterschiedlichen Gegnern kämpfen. Nach einer Weile merkt man, dass es bei diesem Spiel einiges zu lernen gibt. Neben den Ingame Infos oder Fragen an die Google KI sind die Youtube Videos von Selath dabei sehr hilfreich (in englisch, wie auch das Spiel selbst). Ein kostenloser DLC wird bald erscheinen. Dem Entwickler liegt sein Spiel offenbar am Herzen. Generell und bei dem Preis eine klare Kaufempfehlung für Fans von Idle Games.
