Instant classic.
For a game with such simple mechanics and where the final boss is just a huge cube of metal, this was some kick ass ♥♥♥♥.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Love this game
太他妈好玩了我操! 算是当代即时类DRPG的标杆。 就是部分解谜有些过于抽象。
une super jeu, pour ceux qui ont connu, la saga eye of the beholder ou dungeon master. vous allez vous éclater
It's a pretty fun dungeoncrawler.
Classic Dungeon Crawl; Modern Day Graphics Legend of Grimrock is an excellent modern-day approach to the classic dungeon crawl formula pioneered by Wizardry, The Bards Tale and the like in the 80’s. It’s welcome to see since the genre has been relatively dead with few developers willing to rekindle the enthusiasm for this style of play. Grimrock focuses heavily on combat, exploration and puzzles. The real time grid based combat feels good, is enjoyable and the sensation of exploration is definitely present as you slowly descend deeper into the dungeon. You are well rewarded for slow and deliberate play (making good use to saving and loading); carefully examining the walls and surroundings for hidden switches. Most of the puzzles (not all) are fair and give enough context to the player for you to figure out what you are supposed to be doing. Same goes for the secrets. However, a couple were overly obtuse and didn’t give enough clues to understand what I needed to do to progress further. Thankfully, we live in an age where you can look up this kind of stuff if you are truly stuck but if this was the old days these could have been major progression roadblocks. The game uses a unique method for spell casting (and crafting). You’ll need to input a sequence of glyphs out of 9 each time you want to cast a specific spell. I liked this idea and it gave mage combat a different feel from the usual. However, I did wish that once you character “learned” a spell formula it would have been stored in a tome that you could reference in-game instead of having to log this information manually with pen & paper. Same critique applies for the potion crafting. Lastly, I have to mention without going into any spoilers that I thought the last boss encounter although unique had some mechanics that I didn’t really care for. In summary, LoG is a great experience if you are looking for a classic dungeon adventure game but with a more up to date visual appearance. Just make sure you bring a healthy dose of patience.
