About
Play as the noblest of fantasy heroes: an insurance adjuster. But when an ancient enemy threatens life as you know it, you must leave your cushy desk behind and step onto the battlefield. Deny a claim. Save the world.
Ledgerbound is a hilarious, narrative-driven tactical RPG/dating sim filled with all your favorite epic fantasy activities: battling evil enemies, filling out paperwork, rescuing your company from financial ruin, pursuing HR-approved relationships, and more!
When the world’s greatest heroes are cut down by an ancient enemy, your company is on the hook for paying out their life insurance claims. That is, unless you can defeat the enemy yourself, proving that those other heroes were simply underprepared—claim denied, baby!
Enjoy punchy dialogue, character-based comedy, and grounded, meaningful conversations that’ll make you fall in love. Or lust. Ideally both.
Engage in strategically dense, grid-based combat to overcome a variety of foes. Customize your team with hundreds of unique abilities, equip corporate swag that boosts your stats, and choose your characters’ promotion paths to unlock powerful new skills.
Just like in real life, time is limited and your choices matter—will you spend your evenings nurturing your blossoming relationships, or will you burn the midnight oil to improve your skills as a tactician? Remember, whatever decisions you make, you’re stuck with forever. FOREVER.
Recruit a ragtag group of weird yet lovable characters, fully voiced by a talented cast of actors who kept saying “wow, this is the horniest thing I’ve ever done.” Then fill out the appropriate HR paperwork so you can get up on them.

I've had my eye on this game for a while. Now that it's out, I can say it was well worth the wait. This game had charming dialogue, fun characters, and great tactical gameplay. Would highly recommend for SRPG fans.
I really loved the characters in this game. This is definitely a game for a mature audience, and I loved the writing. This game also has a stellar voice cast, and everything is fully voiced. Each battle also has different voice lines when you replay it, since Rayna is re-enacting the battle. I didn't worry if I didn't complete all the objectives the first time, since the game doesn't really penalize you for replaying it, and then you get to hear Rayna's retelling. As a fan of Fire Emblem, the strategy wasn't super difficult, but it is not always apparent on the first playthrough how to complete the objectives. Again, I didn't really mind since the battle replays were essentially extra content. I am looking forward to playing through this game again, and choosing some different romance options. Overall, if you like steamy romances and strategic gameplay, this one comes highly recommended.

I love this game, clearly as you can see by the 19 hours I already played it. but there are some incredibly annoying things about it that just NEED to be changed. - please make us be able to go to the main menu without having to quit the entire game everytime - fullscreen lags, I can only play in windowed mode... - ADD SAVE FILES FOR THIS GAME. REMOVE AUTO SAVE, PLEASE! I want to be able to experience different romance routes or revisit certain scenes without having to replay the entire game. I hope this reaches the right people. I'd love to change this into a positive review later on, but right now there are just so many things still wrong with it.
I've only played for 3 hours, but when the humor of a game gets you reading the terms of service for funny haha jokes you know you have something special.
This game had me out of breath laughing at times. Only thing i dislike was the how they handled the swag. It felt like i was actively being punished for choosing to talk to everyone rather than equip the party. Otherwise its good stuff. 9/10
Game is very gay, 10/10
The characters are annoying, the dialogue is cringe millenial stuff, the combat is forgettable, and it leans hard on the tired old trope of weak, insecure male characters getting ruthlessly mocked by unlikable girlbosses
I’m so heartbroken writing this because the game itself is amazing and I was completely hooked, but the save system has made it impossible to play. 😭 My first run crashed and softlocked me in chapter 1 and I couldn’t continue so I started a brand new game. 18 hours in, still exploring the Collector Mansion, it froze while I was resting in camp. When I reopened it, the autosave had somehow fast-forwarded my run straight into the final boss fight, skipping the entire story in between. Because there’s no option to load an older save, my choices are either starting a third run from scratch or hoping the devs can somehow fix my save. I really wanted to play this game, it’s really good but I just can’t keep investing dozens of hours when a single bug can delete all my progress with zero safety net. I genuinely hope the devs consider adding normal save/load slots. This game deserves to be played, but players need a way to protect their time when glitches happen. I deleted the game for now, hopefully the issue will be fixed soon. Other than the save issue the itself game is really amazing and you should consider trying it. Edit/Note: I am updating my review to a thumbsup because I genuinely love this game, its story, and its characters, and I want to support this indie team! The developers are wonderfully responsive and actively working on fixes, so I'm leaving a positive score to support their hard work. Definitely give this game a shot! Still hoping for a save and load system though 😭
I love this game, the characters are delightful and the romance isn't afraid to go to weird places. The combat is challenging but dosn't feel like your constantly struggling. I personally don't mind the fact that depending on how you do, you could miss out on items in the map or lose time so you miss out on conversations with your party members but if you're the type of person who needs to get everything first playthrough or if your not a fan of not being able to reload a save to fix mistakes then this game isn't for you which is fair but I love it, it adds a nice bit of stress and tension to deciding what to do. The game does still have a few bugs to work out and some QoL like changing keybindings etc would be a big plus and will hopefully be fixed later. This game won't be for everyone but for someone who likes Fire emblem style combat, weird and interesting characters/romance, is okay with missing out on things and likes having to play with your mistakes then this is great.
