About
『Lazy Witch’s Factory』 is a run-based rogue-lite factory builder.
You have only a short time to build a factory, make deals with demons, and repay a ridiculous amount of debt.
No time to take it easy.
Make the most of your limited time and resources.
Spaghetti lines and stopgap fixes are allowed.
If you fail to repay your debt before the deadline, you'll...
Actually, never mind.
Mine resources. Turn them into products. Sell them to pay off your debt.
Unfortunately, that won't be nearly enough. Make contracts with demons.
Short on raw materials? Rewrite the recipe.
Got too much iron ore? Transform it into a gem.
Short on cash? Just make some.
When your shift ends, everything resets. Except what you learned.
With each run, you'll get better at choosing the right contracts for the situation and building smarter synergies.
You play as Momoko, who signed up for “passive income” and ended up buried in debt.

Your workers are generally unmotivated and completely honest about their desires.
Whether they can be made to work properly depends entirely on how you manage them.
Salamanders seem to think blacksmithing is part of a workout routine.
Slimes enjoy the pain produced by distillation a little too much, and would rather make it last longer.

In the beginning, eternal life was the punishment cast upon sinners.
The manager Gehenna thought:
“Wonderful. This solves the overtime problem.”
You were cast down into a truly hellish work environment.
Still, not every demon in Hell wants to make your life worse.
Bored by immortality, the arch-demons now offer their help with your factory operations, each in their own highly questionable way.
Leviathan, a researcher, can greatly improve productivity through experimentation. As a side effect, Hell's entire water supply becomes contaminated.
Mammon, head of the infernal bank, can solve your cash-flow problems. Don't ask where the money came from.

Welcome to hell. Please clock in.
A frantic run to pay off your debt within a 30-minute time limit
Highly replayable gameplay that inflates production power through factory design skills and randomized options for greater strategic depth.
Diverse strategies based on sponsor character combinations
Cute characters and sarcastic humor

Do you like the concept of a factory game but get turned off by the prospect of optimizing a vast and complex production chain? Do you like the aesthetic of a factory converting raw resources into refined valuable goods but don't want to open up a spread sheet work out if you're maximizing your profits? Do you like watching cute anime creatures toil for your own enrichment and amusement? Lazy Witches Factory gives you the short term dophamine hit of numbers going up without the huge time commitment. Each game is 30 minutes, you have to set up your production chain ASAP and you have no time to make it pretty. To win the game you have to pay off debt by producing and selling items worth money. At certain milestones you are offered "contracts" which give you different types of buffs. Ultimate success depends on building broken combos to rake in the cash before the timer runs out. While there is strategy involved in picking different contract sets (you can choose different sponsors before the game starts.) on higher difficulties the game can become more luck based because if you don't get the right contracts within the right time you're just not going to win. At the time of writing the game is in early access but has a decent amount of content with more planned for the future. Your mileage may vary but I can firmly recommend the game if it's on sale.

This is a roguelike automation game with a cute artstyle, objective is you need to meet a series money deadlines within 30mins (lowest one starts at 5, and the ''real'' difficulties (Hell) go up to 15+). The gimmick is that the game timer runs almost constantly. You can pause the game to think, and it pauses when picking your roguelike buff but generally the timer runs when you are building, checking production menus/map, running around. The maps start with resources randomly scattered about and you have to build/scrap your setups on the fly to optimize resource types/gains/production, by setting up your production line based on what resources you have access to at the start/limited by your conveyor belts The ''deck'' options part are ''Sponsors'' and basically you pick 3 before the run and they give different starting bonuses, affect your mid run buffs options I haven't seen many different ''buildings'' yet, only 4 different buildings in 4 hours (and the conveyor belts/splitter. The game seems more about quickly setting up a production line into a money line then to optimize it and setup a better money line, all of it needs to be done fast and on the fly, so it's more of a speed/quick planning builder than building a base at your own pace game It's fun but the hell difficulties are quite brutal, a bit too strict imo but I'm not sure if they expect you to have more unlocks first because you unlock it quite quick and unlock meta upgrades quite slow. The highest one I got to has 20 deadlines in 30mins while I barely have 1-2 upgrades on each Sponsor, you have so little time to do all them that it feels like you HAVE to get good RNG

I loved this. The voice acting is fantastic, the units adorable (although the seemingly pregnant slime is a little concerning, I guess), and the factory automation mechanics work very well. My only criticism is that the player's ability to succeed appears very dependent on the RNG. On anything above Hell 1 difficulty, I usually only am able to succeed when the stage has just the right things and I roll just the right upgrades that allow me to reach the end goal. This is either because I suck or the RNG hates me. Possibly both. Usually the failure point involves the game not giving me enough conveyor belts, or the map not generating the appropriate resources for me to produce valuable products and the debt-clearing rewards never providing the upgrades that allow me to a generate sufficient income. Either way, I'm really enjoying this, and the difficulty modifiers, too. If you're a fan of A) Anime and B) Factory Automation games, this is definitely one to check out.
