Kohan II: Kings of War

Interessantes Game mit sehr vielen Völkern Menschen bis Elfen Zwerge Dämonen untote etc aber unnötig komplizierte Handhabung es gibt zwar ein Map Editor aber auch hier nicht gerade Benutzerfreundlich gestaltet es braucht gefühlt stunden bis man etwas Gold holz etc gesammelt wurde man muss mehrere Festungen zum Schutz bauen da das Bevölkerungslimit sehr winzig ist zwecks Soldaten ...Soldaten wenn 2 einer Truppe gestorben sind Fliehen sie wtf ...anders beim feind Dämonen untote die greifen weiter an ganz ehrlich an dem game gibt es einfach zu viele dinge die den Spaß mindern wer hier ein game ähnlich wie Ager of Empires 1 oder so erwartet hat wird bitter endtäuscht 2/10

This is one of the best / most underrated RTS games for it's time. Kinda like a RTS version of Age of Wonders. It's showing it's age these days, being over 20 years old and getting it to run on Windows 10/11 requires a little tinkering in the settings (see the Guides here on steam), but it's still very entertaining. The studio that made it (Timegate) went out of business in 2013. I'm hopeful that a new studio snatches up the rights to this franchise and takes another run at it. Bringing the graphics up to date and adding some modern QOL changes would be amazing.

I've been playing this game since 2009. I eventually lost the disk, and by then loved it so much that I literally switched to a better internet provider JUST to get it here. It's fun, Gets my brain running, is chaotic in a good way, allows me to use real strategy, and =The Soundtrack=.
