The game is not bad in itself, there's just too many problems that pile up for me to decide to not recommend it. For example, for many people, me inclued, the game only starts after changing some minor information on a txt file inside the game's local files, and you have to do that EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to start the game. Other problem is that the story mode has non-skippable dialogues/cutscenes. For someone looking for a fast paced or dynamic game, having to read some mediocre context dialogues for several minutes is a major problem. Anyway, if you want to play this game, follow my advice, check the "mission" option in the main menu, it has very helpful tutorials. It's highly necessary to see the tutorials for this game.

Bro idk what is going on 50% of the time but this game slaps. 10/10 would break my arrow keys again.
Great game, but I would love a multiplayer option, even if it is peer to peer.
∀kashicforce is an unapologetically experimental indie title that refuses to sit comfortably within any single genre, instead fusing puzzle mechanics, rhythm timing, and fighting-game inputs into a dense, high-energy experience. Developed by Endless Shirafu and published by Fruitbat Factory, the game takes the familiar foundation of competitive block-clearing puzzlers and aggressively reworks it into something far more mechanical and demanding. From the very first match, it is clear that ∀kashicforce is less interested in accessibility and more focused on challenging players to master a unique blend of systems that reward speed, precision, and muscle memory. At its core, the game revolves around managing falling blocks within an arena while simultaneously executing command inputs reminiscent of traditional fighting games. Clearing blocks is no longer just about spatial awareness and planning ahead; it requires performing directional commands and timed inputs to trigger attacks, counters, and defensive maneuvers. These actions allow players to apply pressure to opponents by sending disruptive blocks across the field, creating a constant back-and-forth that feels more like a duel than a puzzle. The result is a gameplay loop that is tense and aggressive, where hesitation is often punished and momentum can swing violently in a matter of seconds. The rhythm element plays a subtle but important role in how matches unfold. Timing inputs correctly is just as crucial as choosing the right action, and maintaining a steady flow becomes essential as the pace accelerates. This creates an experience where visual processing, auditory cues, and physical execution all compete for the player’s attention. Unlike traditional puzzle games that allow moments of calm planning, ∀kashicforce thrives on pressure, forcing players to think and act simultaneously while managing an ever-increasing cognitive load. Character selection further deepens the game’s identity. Each playable character comes with unique traits and tendencies that subtly alter how they interact with the block system and combat mechanics. While the differences may not initially feel as dramatic as in a pure fighting game, they become more apparent with experience, encouraging experimentation and adaptation. Choosing a character is not just an aesthetic preference, but a strategic decision that influences how aggressively or defensively a player can approach each match. The learning curve is steep and largely uncompromising. Tutorials and mission modes provide some structure, but the game often expects players to internalize mechanics through repeated failure and experimentation. This can make early sessions feel overwhelming, especially for players unfamiliar with fighting-game command inputs or rhythm-based timing. However, for those willing to push through the initial confusion, the systems gradually reveal their depth, transforming what first feels chaotic into something that can be controlled and deliberately exploited. Visually, ∀kashicforce adopts a vibrant, anime-inspired style that matches its intensity. Character artwork is expressive and energetic, and the visual effects surrounding block interactions and attacks amplify the sense of impact during matches. At the same time, the sheer amount of visual information on screen can be difficult to parse during high-speed play, adding another layer of challenge. The presentation prioritizes style and energy over clarity, reinforcing the game’s identity as something closer to a competitive action title than a casual puzzler. Audio design supports the experience with fast-paced electronic music that reinforces the game’s rhythm-driven nature. Sound effects tied to inputs and block interactions provide important feedback, helping experienced players stay in sync with the flow of the match. For newcomers, however, the combination of visual and audio stimuli can feel overwhelming, especially as matches reach their most frantic moments. Over time, these cues become essential tools rather than distractions, rewarding players who learn to read and respond to them instinctively. Multiplayer is where ∀kashicforce truly comes into its own. Local versus play highlights the game’s competitive spirit, turning matches into intense mind games where prediction and adaptation matter as much as execution. Playing against another human emphasizes the fighting-game DNA at the heart of the design, as players bait reactions, punish mistakes, and fight for control of the tempo. This competitive focus gives the game strong replay value for those who enjoy mastering complex systems and testing their skills against others. Ultimately, ∀kashicforce is a bold and polarizing experience that succeeds precisely because it refuses to compromise its vision. It is not designed to be welcoming or relaxing, nor does it attempt to smooth out its rough edges for mass appeal. Instead, it offers a demanding, hybrid gameplay system that rewards dedication, practice, and a willingness to embrace chaos. For players who enjoy high-intensity competition, unconventional mechanics, and games that blur the lines between genres, ∀kashicforce stands as a distinctive and memorable entry in the indie puzzle-action space. Rating: 6/10
