Warum bleibt unklar. In diesem Spielchen stimmt einfach gar nichts. Am besten gar nichts und was besseres spielen. it's a very amateurish game made in unity with a very, very bad voice acting. If you go to settings, you can't really change anything it seems, and when you come back to the menu there is no audio anymore, then you start a new game still no audio, you must exit the game and start it without seeing the options screen. Then you get in the game, you begin to search for these huge gasoline tanks to fill up your tiny oil lamp and your lamp is empty in like less than a minute? I've never seen a lamp run out of fuel so quickly... Then you reach a house that is, for the most part, is super dark so you won't get anywhere without your trusty lamp, I'm not sure if I can stack gasoline tanks for the lamp, but surely there aren't many of them around to actually find out if they stack. The gameplay itself doesn't make sense, you must VERY SLOWLY tune the radio bit by bit, by pressing E each time, but the radio keeps teleporting. And you must constantly watch a mannequin that is gradually building itself up that is sitting at the table, you must break it, to prevent forming himself each time or when he does he will follow you around the house and kill you if he approaches you. It's really more like a cheap jumpscare kill, you don't really see it walking around the house, just suddenly you see it in your face and it's not that scary either. This game could be fixed, perhaps, with a lot of work. As of now surely not recommended.
40 minuti di bug e intense emozioni.
The MONOLITH has changed my life! I can now fully revitalize myself for the extremely generous cost of ONLY $50, I fear that this revolutionary piece of ancient wonder is being ACTIVELY SUPPRESSED by EVIL CONGLOMERATES. Make no mistake, the name of the publisher is NO COINCIDENCE. I can only imagine that this dastardly monument to corporate greed tried to prevent our heroic developer from spreading the good word of the MONOLITH in his unique and quite frankly genre-defining horror experience, only for them to defy their corrupt overlords. the MONOLITH's many great capabilities are not just limited to its miraculous restoration abilities, it also wields the uncanny power to imbue your weapon with enhanced powers and even conjure ammunition for its beneficiary, in this case YOU. WHY YOU MAY ASK? BECAUSE THE MONOLITH LOVES YOU. It will gladly aid you in gunning down an infinitely advancing infantry of DEERMEN who wish for your UNTIMELY DEMISE. That will, however, not happen because the MONOLITH does not falter. TRAUMA TEAM and their band of pathetic hedonistic BULLIES have limited the great MONOLITH'S power to create ALLIES, produce TRAPS and so much more... The game does not lie when it says you will never be bored..
Terrible game.
I honestly don't understand what's going on or what I have to do. I arrive by car to a house with an assault rifle. Do I need to protect the house? Get fuel for the car? Escape? There are just too many spawning monsters and the weapon is constantly jamming.
Warning: Asset Flip! "Ray of Light" is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of generic Unity assets and slapped a stolen monster asset in the middle to make a minimum effort cash-grab scam first person horror jumpscare asset flip... something this developer has a long history of doing, especially with their close business ties to the now-banned Atomic Fabrik. It has no value or merit as a real game. Conglomerate 5/SAFING have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Weapons Genius VR" = Darktree FPS 1.4 developed by HabTeam
"Fox and Bunny" = Sunny Land developed by Ansimuz
"Planetoid" = Tower Defense Toolkit 4 developed by SongGameDev
"Primitive Shooter" = Create a Game Source code developed by Sebastian Lague
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! "Ray of Light" is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
