About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

Reviews
Bought the game because of the positive reviews surrounding the latest update. It's interesting but the reward structure is beyond frustrating. I'm being given nothing but dirt for completing the hardest missions. We're at wave 30 of survival, max difficulty and we're being rewarded with only green and blue rarity loot. The same applies for corvettes, and from tilesets in general. --Not only that, I'm forced to join multiplayer lobbies because I as a solo do not have the proper tier ship components or weapons to be able to survive the hardest difficulty. If I play a slightly lower difficulty, the game is too easy, but if I want to challenge myself, I cannot compete as a solo. This sucks. Another thing, you can finally keep weapons but you're forced to keep everything from the blueprint you scan. This becomes obnoxious when you don't want to have a magnified scope on your gun, or a specific element. There's no reason why we shouldn't be able to customize the weapon blueprints we scan. This just introduces conflict with how the player wants to use their weapons. Nothing more. If you're reading this, I'd personally wait for the devs to push more updates. The game's getting there but once you get into the rhythm, the game gives you speed bumps after speed bumps, souring the experience.
Even with its minor stutters and some lack of information regarding some loot, this game is a blast and a half. You guys managed to feed all three of my brother's gaming fantasies: Piloting and dogfighting for me, Shooting and Looting for my older brother, and (somehow) Melee Feel and Combat for my younger brother. And of course, the grooviness of the dance moves is loved by all. Keep making this game peak!
better than cod
Jump Space? You may ask. Well, let me tell you. You are in the space of universe, shooting flying, and non flying, robits. Space ship, rocket, flying incredibly fast. My friend Teodor have not played, never even been in space! Who can believe it... I can, because I know him. Anytime I think about space I try not to cry, because if I do I will be beaten to death by the hands of an odd number off tiny goblins. Anyways, buy Jump Space, support developer, and don't trust a word Teodor says...
I love it! ive had tons of fun playing it. cant wait to get to more story of the game.
