Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Aug 22 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

No, no, you have no idea just how bad it is. I am a seasoned gamer. I seek to climb, to struggle, to overcome all the time. I don't know if it's ambition or some self-inflicted punishment which I seem to believe I deserve. Most likely both. This? This game? Oh my God. It's one of the top 5 worst experiences of all time. I think of my first job. I think of getting my driver's licence. I think of my old stage performances. As I plummet, I think of Jump King. It's damn near indescribable. It is being struck with a hammer, falling to the ground, getting up, and being struck again with twice the force. The boulder falls, but this time into a canyon. And each time it does, the canyon deepens. And then you beat it. You get to the top. And you know - you've been thinking about it for the entire duration of the climb - there's more, and it's most likely worse. "How can it be any worse though, that can't be possible" you think. And somehow, somehow. It's one hundred times worse. After the same amount of time it took you to beat the first campaign you're not even hafway there. It is worse, it's worse than you thought it would be. I don't even know what the second DLC looks like. The monumental feeling of knowing there's always more and it's always worse - it's like I'm describing life itself. You ever seen a game do that kinda thang? I give the game my Actual Game Award, which I only give to proper videogames.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Great game to pass time in class
They should have made the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay play this
made me jump
There’s an irreplaceable feeling that you get when playing older and more challenging games where you get this giddy excitement for overcoming almost unfair odds. This game captures that sensation perfectly. It’s such simple gameplay and mistakes are so punishing but with the right mindset, this becomes an unforgettable experience. I would play this every night and tell myself that my goal was to perfect the ground I had treaded and to reach as far as I could. Fully engaging and getting that experience of perfecting the jumps that once troubled you feels incredible. There are some bits however which were so mean and felt like an intentional middle finger. Challenge aside, this game has some very pretty pixel art and some lovely ambience to it as well. Plus, the tag line it uses to motivate you might be one of the funniest incentives I’ve ever been given to beat a game. Right up there with seeing Gwynevere after winning a 2 against 1 boss fight in Dark Souls. If you have the patience, love a challenge and can find the fun in perfect and improving in a small environment, you won’t be disappointed. If you love it as well, there’s two more full games in there as well (Which I may get around to). Plus, this works an absolute charm on the steam deck too.
