Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Jul 31 → 3/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The fact that this game wasnt a hit and went under the rader of so many gamers has to be studied.
Mixed. The game has a lot of charm to it, and it's quite fun vast majority of the time. The bootleg, ramshackle-style late game sours the impression however. RPG elements are well done (4 temperaments-based attributes are pure stroke of genius!), gear progression is satisfying (finding new gear is fun), builds are interesting (mostly flavor, it's literally "pick a weapon with 3 or less opposing attribute scalings, and make those 2-3 attributes equal for balance of hp and damage"). Exploration is mostly good, with some unpolished/underdeveloped areas in the later parts of the game (a common theme for this game) - still, discovering new areas always feels great, even if some of them aren't that fun to traverse, like Spolier:Area name
Demonbaron Keep
that has a "can't see ♥♥♥♥" problem. NPCS are charming but quite hollow, their quests barely amounting to anything of substance, save for comic relief. Speaking of quests, the game's Plot is completely unfinished (probably due to developer being overly ambitious and running out of steam midway through) - none of the initial story hooks get any resolution, or really, progress at all through the game. Spoiler:Rough plot summary
You start the game helping Sir Percy assemble the ULTIMATE armor by finding the first piece right in the tutorial. 30 hours later, you meet him with another piece found offscreen and he disappears.
That's it. Same thing with other subplots, like Spoiler:Main boss
the "Big Bad" Krulk and "High Order Top Man" Judge Gregg just appear for you to fight as apparitions
- the whole build up throughout the game for nothing. Platforming is... punishing, to say the least. Mostly manageable throughout the game, even for someone who hasn't played a game in the genre since the days of Aladdin and Lion King - someone being myself, of course. Would've preferred that almost every boss had an easy, setup-able max strength jumps for the sake of pacing (Spoiler: Cheating
at least you can savescum by abusing backups wink-wink :^)
). The only part that I've found to be unreasonable in terms of platforming difficulty is in the late game (told you it's a common theme). Spoiler:Late game area
Old Town belltowers - skating jumps are WAY above the usual difficulty, and having Anor Londo archers for regular platforming is just spiteful.
Conclusion: would've liked to give this game a positive review, since I had a great time playing it, but abrupt ending with next to no plot resolution coupled with the general lack of late game balance/polish just... falls short of great expectations set by the beginning. Good replayability and multiplayer, I guess?

This game was genuinely a really pleasant surprise. I picked it up with a few friends expecting a couple nights of goofy fun but what we got was a surprisingly fleshed out RPG platformer with a shocking amount of polish and ambition. This is way more of a "real" game than the original Jump King was, and as great as that game was I honestly feel like using its name kinda does this game a disservice because what you're getting here is so much more and yet it seems to have flown under the rader for a lot of people. I haven't reviewed many games at all on here but I really want to see more people playing this because it might just be my favourite release of the year so far. I've been playing it both solo and with friends so I've got a few different characters, and it's a really great time both ways. It's really easy to just jump into a new playthrough because the RPG mechanics are pretty solid and the amount of variety in the weapons and builds you can use makes the combat consistently fun and fresh, seriously there are a lot of weapons here with unique movesets, some of them even come with special moves that use actual fighting game motion inputs. Bosses are great, music is great and there's a lot of charm in pretty much every aspect of the game. It delivers a really solid challenge both in its platforming and combat, and while the platforming isn't quite as punishing as the original Jump King it is definitely possible for things to go very wrong for you very quickly, but it's the nature of the game and there's a real sense of satisfaction and progression as you make your way through it both in terms of literally progressing through the map but also powering up your character with better gear and stats. The amount of content on offer here is honestly really impressive, I haven't finished the game yet but I've been hearing that it generally takes about 20 hours, and you're constantly finding new weapons that can change the way you approach the combat which even at a base level has really solid mechanics to work with. Banger game, would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something addictive and challenging to play alone or with friends, honestly can't go wrong with this one
Incredible game, a lot more depth than one would expect from something so silly and rage inducing. Also, maybe the best suite of post game modifiers of any game I've ever played. 5/5 Stars - For my full review, check out my Backloggd page https://www.backloggd.com/u/AlphaKong/
This game is epic. Plus i heard there is a smoking hot babe at the top COOL.
It's obvious that a lot of passion went into this game. Solid gameplay accompanied by very charming visuals, story, and sound. Extremely soulful overall.
Truly unique gameplay, without exaggeration. Nothing like this has ever existed before, and there is no guarantee it ever will again. Projects like this are incredibly rare and absolutely must not be ignored.
Criminally slept on game. Incredibly soulful in every conceivable regard. I never played the first Jump King but the fact that this one has as few sales as it does is a huge shame.
Man soulsplayers eating good in modern day!
