This is a game where you're a teenager, who's a jerk in a cool beret who does mean things to her friends, and then you get to decide how much of an @%@#! you are about it when confronted by everyone. It's amazing and very cathartic if you just want to be rude. And then at the end, it punches you in the face with sadness. Gameplay, you're just walking around and talking to people, so you don't need to be great at adventure games or puzzles to go through the story. It's very relaxing.
Whoa. The story was really well written. The dialogue was so real. It was written by people that understand the human experience, who understand all the nuances of life. So many things to unpack here. Very happy I stayed all the way through.
A nice little narrative experience, found it in my library and played it through for the achievements. I wasn't ready to get /this/ involved in the game. I'd recommend you get this game for an hour or two of entertainment, if you're into these kinds of games.
Wonderfully written story-based game, highly recommended. It is definitely more melancholy than many, so just be aware.
Interesting and unique game. quite short tho, would recommend buying when it is not full price
This was a terrific game, i usually lose interest pretty fast but i played this all the way through in one sitting. Id highly recommend this game its thoughtful and emotional, well written. Also i saw at the end The White Chamber listed with another game I guess made by the same people. I played white chamber ages ago and loved it ,one of my favorites, and it was free. have to check out that other game, talented people!
it's a short but sweet game. it tells a story on adolescence and growing up with experiences beautifully.
It was ok. It definitely felt very soul searching, but the whole point of "re-writing to try and mentally change the past" falls short when choices feel so meaningless. I stopped feeling like maybe what i said mattered in any tangible way pretty quickly.
A little short for what the cost is, art style is great, and I like the story. It's worth picking up on sale. Easy to get full achievements too.
The art style and story are enthralling. And I enjoyed it the first time I played it. However, when wanting to rediscover the game (and completing the achievements) stumbled on a bug that makes you unable to progress any further and thus unable to finish the game. This game is old, however I found that this bug exists since almost the start and none of the people raising this issue in the discussions received an answer.
