It's You: A Breakup Story

I was intrigued by the premise of the game and read also that 20% of the proceeds go to Atira, so I bought it! I wasn’t expecting to feel such an emotional response, but that’s exactly what happened. It’s stayed with me after playing the game, as it’s so thought provoking. Overall, I’m really happy I experienced it.

A fantastic story about a girl who is so tired of being emotionally and mentally manipulated by her partner, just for him to consistently turn it back onto her.

Pretty realistic, after going through a breakup a bit ago and returning back to the game it was very satisfying to continue to hang up on him. 10/10 recommend.

Im definitely not the intended audience for this game, haha. My first impression of Josh, (and OF COURSE his name would be Josh) was "this person sure comes off as an insufferable Pain in the butt." and boy, I could not unplug on this numbnut fast enough. I get that the couple has history, and you're expected to engage accordingly, but all I could think is "Shiiiiiiii- this poor sleep-deprived healthcare worker has to deal with THIS after a long day at work?? NOPE." To get the full experience you have to be able to get into Carlee's sunk cost mindset (to be fair, a LOT of people have certainly been there!) and also give a damn about the opinions of Twitter Users, otherwise, you're in for a very short playthrough! That said, it's an interesting concept that one hopes would provide a reality check to all the Joshes and Carlees out there who might not recognize the bad situation they're in until seeing it paralleled in-game.

It´s you ist ein kurzes Spiel, in dem es um den Prozess des Schlussmachens mit einer toxischen Person geht. Die Konversation war sehr realistisch und emotional, wenn man also Probleme mit so etwas hat, oder davon getriggert wird würde ich vom Spiel abraten, ansonsten ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

É uma experiência bem legal, como tinha visto a gameplay, coloquei meus amigos para jogar (um gostou e o outro não), e foi bacana ver como cada um reagia. Legal fazer o turno com amigos jogando para cada um ter uma reação própria - mesmo sendo confuso, você pode pegar alguns diálogos diferentes.

This game is spot on. I would recommend it to anyone that is getting into psych. I used to be a cop and all of this sounds like the start of an abusive relationship going forward. Thank you for making this game cause you are calling out all the red flags.

Beat the game in 22 minutes because Josh couldn't shut the ♥♥♥♥ up about Healthvetica 👍 not bad but doesn't exactly have a lot of gameplay in it
