About
It's Only Money is a 3rd person open world simulation game where you take the role of an Undercity resident – someone forced to live amongst the sewers and subways by the newly elected evil Mayor.
Along with other Undercity residents, you will venture to the surface to steal, fight and destroy. Take down corporations owned by the Mayor’s corrupt cohorts. Win back the city for everyone, block by block. Buy houses, businesses, clothes, cars and whatever else your materialistic heart desires. Play alone or bring up to three friends to share in the chaos.
Rockhaven is your playground. Explore a dynamic city filled with shops, houses, activities, and missions. Unleash your creativity as you exploit the open world to your advantage: pickpocket the wealthy, steal cars for a wild joyride, or jack a UFO and take it for a spin! Test your combat skills with new moves available at the Dojo, or take on the Mayor’s inner circle in epic Takeover missions, including boss fights against his lieutenants.
Feeling tactical? Recruit Homies from the Undercity, who follow, fight, and contribute to your street misdeeds, making every heist more thrilling.
As you claw back cash from the city’s elite, use your ill-gotten gains to purchase homes and businesses. Every house you buy brings more people back from the Undercity to the surface, allowing you to customise their living spaces for gameplay buffs and unique items. Invest in properties like the landlord you’ve always wanted to be. Become the 1%! Profit off the land and contribute nothing to society! Concentration of wealth? Sounds like a poor people problem.
Business ownership isn’t just about money; it’s about power. Manage the Slimeway to create a steady income stream and unlock new gameplay opportunities. Want more action? Rake in cash, REP, and other rewards when you dive into some of the city’s tantalising, minimum wage earning side-hustle minigames.Hustling for a wage too boring for you? We got you covered. Go bigger with the latest addition to Rockhaven’s underground scene - the 'Metro Dungeon'. A roguelite experience where every wave of enemies brings more upgrades and strange powers to make you feel absolutely unstoppable.
Make your mark on Rockhaven not only by dressing the best but also with fully customisable vehicles. Whether you're tweaking the headlight colour, installing hydraulics for jumps, or kitting out your ride with NOS, the possibilities are endless, with millions of part combinations. Unlock new parts by jacking and crushing cars around the city, then bring them back to your garage to build the wildest ride Rockhaven has ever seen. Just remember - without a seatbelt, crashing will send you flying.
It's Only Money is a playground for you and up to three friends. Steal together, fight together, and complete missions together - or just hang out in the Slimeway and gamble away your hard-earned cash on snail racing. If competition is more your style, dive into various PvP microgames like Prop Hunt or Gorb Rush, where you're thrown into a giant orb and tasked with being the last one standing on a sky high platform.
With tons of new content, including expanded player upgrades, new missions, and enhanced vehicle systems, Rockhaven is yours to take back. The Mayor took everything from you - now it’s time for payback.
Enjoy the ride, cause chaos, and, most importantly, reclaim what's yours.

it is not much of a game and consist completely of asset packs , you get bored really fast and wander what to do , i tried to enjoy this but it really is everything but enjoyable
come back to this game and update please
Very story rich gameplay - game is fun to play n all but the free-roam, buisness management aspect is limited
Its fun for ~1hr then it's just rubbish. This is worth 8-10 Dollars AT MOST. The price they are asking for the game is pretty much a SCAM. Especially since it looks like the developer released "1.0" - which actually feels like 0.1 TLDR - Game has potential, Its overpriced, developer has abandoned the game.
Bought the game on sale cos it looked like dumb fun and it was Pretty enjoyable little mindless grind sometimes, the story was pretty funny Hope to see more of this game, the game mechanics can be kinda jank but it's their debut game so i hope to see more from the devs
Really fun game but poorly optermised sadly even with a 5060ti I can barely run it.
when i bought this game i tough of it being something like goat simulator where the more you do the wierder things get when i started playing it i felt off thinking this might not make my exspectations of wacky fun wierd like game i was mistaken. tho solo is fun and the story had some wierd turns i dought co op will be less fun in any means it lacks more funky wepons but makes up with the gta tipe style of picpocket and 3 heist story quest a bit of gambeling unlike slots with snails and some grind for the 100% completest out there all around the game is fun but quick to finish took me 7 houers to finish the main story en side quest but there are 4 buissness you own that needs growing wuld recomend to casual players but stil needs a bit more activitys to be added like heists wuld be a nice touch,
GOOD FUN
The money is very boring. I don't want a trampoleen, racecar bed, balloon gun, or money printing businesses when money isn't useful. Zero motivation to collect. The combat is very slow and boring, with enemies standing around 20 seconds between swings, just around waiting to get punched I guess. Kinda like blade and sorcery. There are disheartening bugs. Like my friend that joined me found a snail on the ground you can pick up that doesn't go away when you do. So they gained 50 levels from the small Xp of picking up a snail 1000 times and we got all the upgrades for the snail track at once. Not fun.... Food is too cheap, carry capacity is too small, and you can't talk to NPCs (such as to do the extremely uninspired quests) without all players consenting AND teleporting to you - that's a pretty trash multiplayer experience.
Played the first minutes and it seems very cool and fun. But the performance is surprisingly bad and does ruin the experience - while my laptop can take triple A games kind of well.
