About
It's Only Money is a 3rd person open world simulation game where you take the role of an Undercity resident – someone forced to live amongst the sewers and subways by the newly elected evil Mayor.
Along with other Undercity residents, you will venture to the surface to steal, fight and destroy. Take down corporations owned by the Mayor’s corrupt cohorts. Win back the city for everyone, block by block. Buy houses, businesses, clothes, cars and whatever else your materialistic heart desires. Play alone or bring up to three friends to share in the chaos.
Rockhaven is your playground. Explore a dynamic city filled with shops, houses, activities, and missions. Unleash your creativity as you exploit the open world to your advantage: pickpocket the wealthy, steal cars for a wild joyride, or jack a UFO and take it for a spin! Test your combat skills with new moves available at the Dojo, or take on the Mayor’s inner circle in epic Takeover missions, including boss fights against his lieutenants.
Feeling tactical? Recruit Homies from the Undercity, who follow, fight, and contribute to your street misdeeds, making every heist more thrilling.
As you claw back cash from the city’s elite, use your ill-gotten gains to purchase homes and businesses. Every house you buy brings more people back from the Undercity to the surface, allowing you to customise their living spaces for gameplay buffs and unique items. Invest in properties like the landlord you’ve always wanted to be. Become the 1%! Profit off the land and contribute nothing to society! Concentration of wealth? Sounds like a poor people problem.
Business ownership isn’t just about money; it’s about power. Manage the Slimeway to create a steady income stream and unlock new gameplay opportunities. Want more action? Rake in cash, REP, and other rewards when you dive into some of the city’s tantalising, minimum wage earning side-hustle minigames.Hustling for a wage too boring for you? We got you covered. Go bigger with the latest addition to Rockhaven’s underground scene - the 'Metro Dungeon'. A roguelite experience where every wave of enemies brings more upgrades and strange powers to make you feel absolutely unstoppable.
Make your mark on Rockhaven not only by dressing the best but also with fully customisable vehicles. Whether you're tweaking the headlight colour, installing hydraulics for jumps, or kitting out your ride with NOS, the possibilities are endless, with millions of part combinations. Unlock new parts by jacking and crushing cars around the city, then bring them back to your garage to build the wildest ride Rockhaven has ever seen. Just remember - without a seatbelt, crashing will send you flying.
It's Only Money is a playground for you and up to three friends. Steal together, fight together, and complete missions together - or just hang out in the Slimeway and gamble away your hard-earned cash on snail racing. If competition is more your style, dive into various PvP microgames like Prop Hunt or Gorb Rush, where you're thrown into a giant orb and tasked with being the last one standing on a sky high platform.
With tons of new content, including expanded player upgrades, new missions, and enhanced vehicle systems, Rockhaven is yours to take back. The Mayor took everything from you - now it’s time for payback.
Enjoy the ride, cause chaos, and, most importantly, reclaim what's yours.

Game seems to be abandoned by the devs, no new updates and no fixes. Game is terribly optimized. Bugs are still present. Devs don't care. I would say pass. It's just a goofy GTA but not much to do
Abandoned game, do not play. It will not get better over time.
This game had the potential to be great fun, and while I have mostly enjoyed it and even 100% completed the game, I can't recommend it. 1. Expect crashes. All the time. If you crash mid-mission, well done, you're starting it from scratch. 2. The bounty system is honestly underwhelming. Cops don't drive and don't notice you when you're in a car, and painstakingly working your way up to the higher bounty levels for completionists will be tedious. 3. The Slimeway is the only business worth acquiring. All the other businesses will want you to slog through repetitive mission grinding to work your way up to collecting money from them. Don't bother. Pay enough to increase the slimeway vault capacity and just harvest that cash. 4. The bank account upgrade system is absolutely stupid. I sank way too much money into it before realising it really wasn't worth it. 5. You only need to acquire 3 of the cheapest homes and house three homies to use on the story missions. Don't bother going beyond the cheapest furniture, it really doesn't matter. 6. The clothing is ugly. Probably intentionally, but I unlocked the trashcan outfit from finishing the demo and wore it for the entire game because absolutely nothing was better. 7. Crushing cars to unlock colours and features is impossibly grindy and I am so glad there wasn't any achievement tied to getting them all because hell no. Look, I liked the humour. I laughed at the war against the emus and the Australian spy drones. I cracked up at a retirement home being a cover for using old people as surveillance because they're so nosy. It wasn't a *bad* game, but it needed more, and I'm devastated that there will never BE more. If you really want to try it, wait for a sale.
enjoyed the game for what's there, but it seems the company behind the game folded up, so it's left unfinished. Don't bother unless you can get it for a huge discount.
Yes, definitely abandon project, it's still buggy and it's kinda boring got so much potential but yeah just like that, i just rush finish it and won't play anymore
Whilst I did enjoy the game for the time that I played it, it seems the game has been abandoned, no new updates and no fixes. Not really worth it.
It's fun... no way around it. But... it is a limited CooP experience, which is quite annoying in my opinion. Friends Cannot Empty Business Safes, Cannot Upgrade Cars, Cannot Buy Garages/Houses. These are Minor Things but they Hinder a lot of the "Sandbox" Experience. That being said this is a Great Little Game. Super Fun, Early Saints Row Games type of Humor and Playstyle. 24'ish hours in and I still have tons to do. My Girlfriend, Myself and our Son are running it and having a Laugh.... ... The Game does Crash a lot for being so small, usually the Crashes are Suffered by the Joining Players not usually the Host. The Good definitely outweighs the Bad though. I recommend and the price Tag is pretty Decent for a game "Abiotic Factor" love on this Game. Try it out.
The game really doesn't have the depth that deserve the price tag. The city is just empty, full of mindless NPCs, I didn't feel any immersion, like, nothing is real. I only played enough, trying to get some of the money worth, like, getting all steam achievement. You should only buy this game on very deep discount, and ONLY for some short stupid "fun", and for steam achievement. Yes, you can get all 12 steam achievements for this game, and I'm just a casual gamer. If only you want to have something to show off in your steam profile. Otherwise, just pass, don't buy it.
it is not much of a game and consist completely of asset packs , you get bored really fast and wander what to do , i tried to enjoy this but it really is everything but enjoyable
Its fun for ~1hr then it's just rubbish. This is worth 8-10 Dollars AT MOST. The price they are asking for the game is pretty much a SCAM. Especially since it looks like the developer released "1.0" - which actually feels like 0.1 TLDR - Game has potential, Its overpriced, developer has abandoned the game.
