Isekat: Crushed by a Computer, My Beloved Kitten is Transported to a Fantasy World where its Typing Skills Save the Kingdom!

I played a good couple of hours and I like the game overall. My plan is to finish it at some point in time but there is a thing... I'll get to it further down. Recommendation: I'd recommend this game for everyone who already has mastered basic 10 fingers typing. Better even if someone has used the system for some years and just wants to get faster. What I like about the game: The overall game loop with rebuilding the village, going into the dungeons and collecting more catnip is engaging enough to keep me playing. I also like the different reward systems: Streak system for typing, extra catnip in the dungeons, stuff in the village and more. Saving more cats really feels rewarding. The typing is solid, too. No issues so far. The block mechanic is kinda cool especially if more enemies attack at the same time. The words are meaningful and I notice some improvements in my day to day typing. A few things to improve; The biggest downside is getting back into the game after some days or weeks. I feel the dungeon curve is quite steep so I'm having a hard time pressing on. Sure, there is a warmup but I feel it does not give any progress in the actual game, so I don't do it. => An idea: Instead of giving free catnip in the village, bind them to typing, too. Every villager gets an easy word and the reward is catnip. This solves two things: Warmup and more typing. As I said, I enjoy the bonus catnip levels. But I tend to use them to just rush through the dungeon. I plan my route exactly to get them. The result is less typing. Would be nice to have some real words here, too. Maybe get catnip depending on typing speed? I don't like the treasure boxes. I almost always fail them and then I lost time and got no reward at all. Maybe different reward tiers depending on how fast the player was. Always a little catnip as the lowest tier? And finally the enemies. In the early game I felt that there was too little variety and suddely there was almost too much. I guess the point was after the second dungeon when the flying enemies came in and the ones with the really short cycle and multiple attacks. But that's just balancing. Anyway. Keep it up! I blew through the entire game and all its achievements in a weekend, just under 10 hours. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and am just sad there's not a bit more! I'm not going to talk about the 'plot', b/c it's just a silly exaggerated isekai trope to give all of us typing game nerds something fun to play, and I'm always down for that. The gameplay itself was straightforward and engaging, nothing groundbreaking in terms of mechanics but the difficulty gets progressively harder as you go on. I was able to get through the first 3/5ths of the game without a death. I was just starting to have some fumbles due to introduced complexities around that point and finally had my first death, which led to some more deaths, but in a way that I felt satisfyingly challenged by. It's simple but fun and effective and I had a good ride! There are some minor complaints that could be made, but I got what I wanted and expected from the game.

Isekat is a cute but fairly easy typing game that gets a little repetitive, asking that you play each of its seven stages up to five times in order to unlock everything, without much of anything changing in a stage on a replay. It has some game mechanics, but there's also a large one it's missing - any sort of difficulty settings, other than trying to rush through the game without unlocking upgrades, versus taking your time and unlocking upgrades. This, combined with the default difficulty, means that there's only so much need to interact with the mechanics if your typing speed is solidly above 80 WPM or so - and I'm pretty solidly around 100 most of the time. Probably the hardest part is that the penalty for making mistakes is being reset on the word or phrase in question, and there are some obnoxious and rarely-used words and extremely long phrases in various fights, mostly bosses. Anyway, it's cute, but it's also the kind of game I'd recommend getting on sale if you want to screw around with a typing game for a bit, but the lack of difficulty settings means it could easily be the "wrong" typing difficulty for any given player.

This game is super cute and a lot of fun to play in quick, short bursts. Very easy and casual. I like to play it anytime I switch out my keyboard or keycaps, just to test things out and hear the thocks, with a cute little kitty game.

I'm a simple girl, I see a cat game.... I click wishlist! Hidden behind the cute aesthetics is a rougelite typing game. I thought it was a really cool concept to fight through dungeons with the power of your keyboard. As a kid who grew up competitively playing typing tests against friends, this game scratched that itch and triggered a good sense of nostalgia. I can't stop talking about the art to my friends, everything is so adorable!! Some characters were also questionably awakening something in me.....maybe? Ehem... Serval, Tiger, and Jaguar are so attractive!! There, I said it!! >.< I also love the pop culture references they sprinkled all across the game, gives me a good chuckle when it finally clicks in my brain. I had to pause because I needed to grow my nails long for some reason, but I'll be definitely continue and finish this game some time soon!

i have been RANTING and RAVING about this game to my friends for the entirety of the day. i've been enjoying the gameplay and the gradual ramp-up in difficulty!!! i love love love the concept, execution, and game art... only notable thing is that i wish the castle level didn't always cut to the credits once completed, but playing the level itself is so so so fun and i love the game as a whole. that complaint (if it can be called that) is so minor that it's overshadowed by literally everything. i love this game and am so happy i found it :3

期待していたタイピングゲームなのですが、現状でお勧めは出来ません。 日本語に対応していただけたのは、凄く嬉しいです。 開発者の皆様ありがとうございます。 ※お勧めできない理由は下記の通り ①入力方式がヘボン式 「し」を入力するとき通常では「si」のところ、ヘボン式では「shi」になる。 ミスタイプでリセットされる仕様がなければ、最悪慣れで何とかなりそう。 ②伸ばし棒がない 「ページ」を入力しようとしたとき通常であれば「pe-zi」だと思うが このゲームでは「peezi」で入力する必要がある。 これも最悪ミスタイプリセットが無ければ、最悪慣れで行けたかも…？うーん無理かも…？ ミスタイプでリセットされる仕様がなければ、何とか遊べなくもないが… 日本語で楽しくタイピングするのは非常に難しいです。 せめて他タイピングゲームと同じように分かりやすいアセットファイルになっていれば 自分で編集できたのに ゲーム性は悪くないので今後もし改善していただける場合は、再度購入するかもしれません。
