I've had a really fun experience with this game. I originally bought it about a year ago and only played it a little because tbh I was pretty bad at it. But - I've been binging Youtube videos about interrogation techniques recently, because....? so I thought why not try it out again? And I've been WAY more successful this time around. It's been really cool to see how different approaches to interrogation would play out in the various scenarios in the game, and it very closely matches what I've seen of the many actual interrogations I've watched by this point. This game gets big points for realism in the area of human behavior imo, which was what I was really looking for here. Overall I'm very satisfied with the game and would recommend it if you're interested in this kind of thing. The only changes I'd like to see are a couple minor things related to the interface. All the questions you can ask during an interrogation are listed on the right-hand side of the screen in different colors, e.g. basic questions in white, bad cop questions in red, good cop questions in purple, etc. You can right-click on each question to see what type it is, but I'd really like to see a legend that remains on the screen the whole time. There are enough different types of questions that I can't easily remember what color indicates which type of question. Also, in the interrogation case folders you have during each case, maybe there could be a better use of space by displaying things on the left-hand page of the open folder as well (that's currently just a blank page), so that way you'd only have to page through half as many pages when you look at your evidence & suspects. I consider both of these to be minor issues overall though. Overall I would recommend the game, especially for true crime fans and people interested in human behavior.
Extremely short but quite a compelling puzzle game, making the suspects actually confess is a real challenge. I liked it.
How is such a simple game so fun? Honestly a must have in your library! It's not as easy to get a perfect interrogation as you'd think! Really love the individuality and play-ability of the game. 10/10 <3
Problem solving, satisfying
Great scripted interaction/interrogation game... For fans of JCS - Criminal psychology or Explore With Us interrogation videos, you'll feel right at home in the role of an interrogator who doesn't need a polygraph to tell him when the suspect is being dishonest... Good way to spend a few hours after binge watching interrogation videos!
Such a fun game! Unfortunately a bit short but I've only paid one buck for it so it was worth it. The main goal in this game is to reach a S-ranking for every case so that the Hannibal Lector-alike inmate gets impressed enough about your skills for finally confessing too.
Short game, but very fun nontheless!!! Also satisfying in trying to find out the right combination of questions
I honestly didn't expect much, but I think it was a really great game – even though it was a bit "short." I really liked the small details and Easter eggs, like the General Case. I think it's a good game that's definitely worth playing.
During my time playing I really enjoyed this game. It is actually surprisingly well detailed.
