Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Absolute cinema. I started off weary, not having high expectations due to this games age and graphics but wow did they blow me away. This game was not only fun to play but the lore, the characters, the worlds, everything was perfect. I wouldn't of changed a thing. Abosolute cinema.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I'll keep it short unlike the grind for the achievements in this game. It's a brutal tedious journey but with past experience having played this on ps3 , ps4 and ps vita helped. The combat itself is fluid with a decent amount of your beloved super heroes however the graphics do show it's age. But still I prefer this graphically over the new street fighter games with over sexualisation of characters.
I like fighting games casually, and I think super heroes are kinda lame, especially DC. But I ended up really liking this anyway. But why should I be surprised? I loved MK 9, and this is the same team. The graphics don't hold up, but they're fun to gawk at in that way because I remember them being top notch when this game came out. I didn't even bother with the online, but ignoring that you still get 5 hours of story that I found enjoyable, and something like 100 challenge missions, plus extra modes like an arcade ladder and survival mode, etc. No microtransactions, tons of content. It's really the last of getting a complete videogame for your money.
Quick Summary Story Mode: Short (around 2–3 hours) but surprisingly enjoyable with a cinematic DC storyline. Game Modes: More content than expected — Story Mode, Battle Mode, and 300 S.T.A.R. Labs challenges. Online Play: Surprisingly still active. I managed to complete the required ranked matches for achievements. Ultimate Edition: Having the Ultimate Edition means everything is already included, which is nice. Overall: I originally claimed it free years ago and tried it for fun. Ended up grinding it for four days chasing achievements.

Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition – A Fun Surprise Years Later
I actually claimed this game for free on Steam years ago and recently noticed it while going through my library. I decided to install it just to try it for fun. I expected it to mainly be a PvP game to play with friends, but it ended up having a lot more content than I expected.
Story Mode
The story mode is fairly short — around 2–3 hours — but it’s surprisingly enjoyable. Considering the game originally released in 2013, it still does a good job presenting a cinematic DC storyline. It’s not perfect, and some fights require quick inputs for combos, but it was still fun to play through.
Game Modes & Content
Besides the story mode, there are several other modes to play. Battle Mode was fun, though grinding it with many characters can take a while. S.T.A.R. Labs is probably the biggest time sink with around 300 challenge missions. Each one has different objectives, so even though it can feel grindy, it’s also pretty unique. This is where I ended up spending most of my time while going for achievements.
Online & Ranked Matches
One thing that surprised me was that the online servers are still up. These types of games are usually best played with friends, but I was still able to find matches online. I only needed about ten ranked matches for achievements, and luckily I managed to get through them without too much trouble. I’m not someone who can pull off complex combos quickly, so winning those matches was honestly a bit surprising.
Final Thoughts
What started as a quick test turned into a four-day grind where I kept playing to unlock achievements. If I wasn’t going for achievements, I probably wouldn’t have put in as many hours, but the game still ended up being a fun experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying it at full price today since there are newer games in the genre. But if you already own it, find it very cheap on sale, or are running older hardware, it’s still worth trying.
Im a big comic nerd so of course I love this game. The story is absolute cinema. Gameplay still very fun. Plays great on steam deck. Also low in size so that's a big plus. If your a fan of superheroes you will enjoy this game
