About
InFlux Redux is a high-def remake of the 2013 ball-rolling puzzler InFlux, built on a brand new engine with completely overhauled graphics, physics and game code.
InFlux is a puzzle game that mixes exploration and platforming in a series of beautiful natural and abstract environments. You are a mysterious metal sphere which falls from the sky, traversing an apparently deserted island dotted with cubic structures of glass and steel. Each glasshouse is a puzzle to be solved. Redux is the same game, except better in every way, having been rewritten from scratch in Unreal Engine 5.
Roll your way through a series of beautiful and varied naturalistic environments
Solve a sequence of mind-bending cubic puzzle structures
Forge an alliance with a majestic and enigmatic humpback whale
Enjoy an extensive original soundtrack by composer Jonathan Yandel
We took so long to make this that it is technically a remaster of a remaster of a remaster

Just when I was thinking "I'd like to go faster" the game told me how. Love it, esp with its minimalist puzzle aesthetic.
Beautiful, tranquil, absorbing exploring and puzzling. Lovely music kinda reminiscent of Eve's floaty space electronica. Super pretty looking, especially that water, wow. The puzzles often seem quite uniquely analog in a way that most puzzle games aren't, ie if you can come up with some way to fling and bounce yourself that's not the most clearly defined route, and yet works, then good on you. All in all a mix that pretty much guarantees a relaxed-but-attentive mental flow state while playing. Very enjoyable!
Beautiful to look and and great to play - fun blend of rolling-exploration and puzzle mechanics and the world is a gorgeous place to roll around in.
while I'm still playing it, and can't give a full review on the game itself rn because of that, I can say for certain that it's both absolutely stunning, while well optimised. so far: the game is lovely, easily to pick up, and again: this thing is drop dead gorgeous. it shows that almost every inch of this game was combed through and remade or remastered. wow. and for reference: my specs are lower than the minimum spec (i5-9300H, 1660ti), and because i'm on a laptop, i'm stuck that way. On almost all medium to high settings, avoiding some obvious pitfalls like turning down the resolution, using upscaling, and not using nanite tesselation, i'm getting quite a comfortable framerate with this. kinda crazy stuff to see a game this new and pretty running on my kinda old laptop. totally would recommend so far.
Fun and chill mix of puzzles and exploration with great music to accentuate both parts of the experience. Gorgeous looking as well, took the time to fine tune my settings so that the game would stay beautiful at a high framerate because it really deserves it. It also has potential to be a good speedrun game, with movement tech that allows you to speed up or outright skip some puzzles.
I tried to play this, but Joe ate the ball. Very nice relaxing physics puzzle game.
Beautiful remake. I have original Influx on gog and I have finished it at least 3 times. One of the most relaxing games Ive ever played. I was slowly losing hope for this to ever come out but Im very glad it did. Thank you for this. Its my little gem of a game.
Fun little puzzle game, with some really nice scenery and excellent lighting. Small enough that you could get through the game in one sitting, or just take it in small chunks, a few puzzles at a time.
Super chill and looks fantastic! Puzzles are fun some can be a bit tedious especially if you mess up but overall has a good flow.
This game is baller!
