Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 2 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Liked it but didn't love it. Get on sale. Do know this is not a Mirror's Edge type of parkour game and instead is a CS Parkour map type of game. The dev's next game Panline is looking to be a spiritual successor to Mirror's Edge so do be on the lookout for that if you're interested. I know I am. Godspeed and respect to those who finish Hard mode.
Skill issue, But I've completed a lot of ragebait/fodian games and this one is uniquely frustrating, the walljump/doublejump mechanic in this game is actual cancer,I thought I'd like it cause of the mirrors edge aesthetic but those sections are only a small part of the entire thing which is just Breton Brutal.

If you play this game I do not recomend you start on hardcore. Do it with checkpoints it will save you a few hours. Ikarus parkour its tower map took me 523:11.11. Now would I do it agian yes, do I think you should do it. Depends if you like the challange or not honestly. Now I will say I did play Ikarus because of panline. Like that game became my obssesion for a few weeks and now im just waiting for it to release. Devs I love the panline look but please dont delay it agian it will make me even more sad that it's not out. I just need a open world parkour game that has a good map unlike catalst. Anyway if you like Minecraft parkour you will almost 100 percent love playing this. So I wrote this review like 35 minutes ago and I said I would go finish the cloud map. I did it in 29:42.53 maybe its becuase my skill improved over that time in the tower but the cloud map is just normal jumps and nothing super hard. It was still fun but felt a little mindless. But oh well I enjoyed the game all the same. Thxs for reading my review I guess?
Source Engine Parkour with some Frutiger Aero sprinkled in.
The movement looks fun and fluid from the trailer because it features short clips, but when you're playing, it's much more sporadic, so the game isn't something that can be enjoyed casually because if you don't move perfectly, you fall. If you're looking for an intense parkour game, then you'll probably enjoy it, but if you want a chill game to hop around in then probably not.
Developed and published by Vanja Aleksić, Ikarus Parkour is a first-person platforming experience that revolves around precision, perseverance, and the constant pressure of failure. Set within a bleak dystopian future, the game presents players as contestants in a brutal underground competition where climbing an immense 850-meter tower is the only opportunity to earn freedom and unimaginable wealth. The premise immediately gives purpose to every leap, transforming what could have been a simple parkour challenge into a desperate fight for survival. Rather than relying on combat or elaborate storytelling, the game places its confidence in movement mechanics and environmental tension, encouraging players to overcome increasingly demanding obstacles through skill and determination. The gameplay is built around responsive first-person parkour that rewards timing, momentum, and careful observation. Every jump, ledge grab, and platform requires precision, making even the smallest mistake carry meaningful consequences. Instead of overwhelming players with numerous mechanics, the experience steadily expands upon a refined movement system that grows more demanding as the climb progresses. The enormous tower is divided into four distinct regions, each introducing new environmental hazards and visual themes that keep the ascent feeling fresh. Every section challenges players to adapt to different obstacle layouts while maintaining the same core emphasis on mastering movement rather than memorizing shortcuts. One of the game's most appealing features is its flexibility in accommodating different skill levels. Casual Mode introduces regular checkpoints and removes the pressure of a speedrun timer, making the adventure more approachable for newcomers who want to enjoy the journey without excessive punishment. Hard Mode, on the other hand, eliminates checkpoints entirely and challenges players to conquer the tower in a single uninterrupted climb while racing against the clock. This creates an entirely different experience where consistency, concentration, and mechanical mastery become essential. Hidden collectibles and Steam achievements further encourage exploration and repeated attempts, giving experienced players additional reasons to perfect every segment of the climb. Visually, Ikarus Parkour successfully blends industrial architecture with colorful environments that contrast sharply against the game's oppressive narrative. Although the competition is designed as deadly entertainment, the environments remain surprisingly vibrant, creating an unsettling balance between beauty and danger. The towering vertical design constantly reminds players of the enormous distance they have traveled and the devastating consequences of failure. Environmental details also hint at the mysterious organization controlling the contest, gradually expanding the world without relying heavily on lengthy exposition. The first-person perspective strengthens immersion by making every successful jump exhilarating and every glance toward the ground genuinely intimidating. The game's demanding nature will inevitably divide its audience. Players who enjoy methodical, skill-based platformers will likely appreciate the satisfying sense of progression that comes from gradually mastering difficult obstacle sequences. However, those seeking a more forgiving or story-driven experience may find the repeated failures and unforgiving platforming frustrating, particularly in the more challenging mode. Fortunately, the game's mechanics appear designed to reward practice rather than luck, ensuring that improvement comes naturally through experience. The inclusion of mature content such as violence, blood, nudity, strong language, and references to drugs or alcohol also establishes that the title is intended for an adult audience. Ikarus Parkour succeeds by focusing on a straightforward but highly polished concept. Its satisfying movement mechanics, intimidating vertical level design, flexible difficulty options, and immersive dystopian atmosphere come together to create a memorable parkour adventure that consistently rewards patience and precision. While its unforgiving gameplay may not appeal to every player, those who enjoy overcoming demanding platforming challenges will discover a rewarding climb that delivers both excitement and a genuine sense of accomplishment from beginning to end. I played the game for about an hour before deciding to refund it. The game looks genuinely beautiful, the soundtrack is great, and the performance was solid throughout my playtime. Unfortunately, the gameplay didn't live up to the expectations I had from the Steam store page. It looked like a Mirror's Edge-inspired parkour game, but in practice it felt more like a Minecraft parkour map. From what I experienced, the only movement mechanics are wall jumps and jump pads. I was hoping for mechanics like wall running, sliding, and ledge climbing, but they aren't present. The levels felt a bit repetitive, and the movement didn't feel as fluid as I expected. The momentum also felt a little awkward because I often had to slow down or stop completely to make precise jumps, which interrupted the flow. I can definitely see that the developers put a lot of effort into the visuals, audio, and overall presentation, and the game has a solid technical foundation. However, if you're looking for a fast, fluid parkour experience similar to Mirror's Edge, you may find it lacking. I hope the movement system and mechanics continue to evolve, because the game has a lot of potential. (This review was written with the help of ChatGBT because my English is dudu kaka.)
