Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 10 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
If you like narrative games, science fiction, card games, spending a lot of time in dialogues and exploring a little, this game is made for you. The story is really fun, compelling with a lot of small details and endings hidden through discoveries and new runs. Characters are easy to love or hate, depending on your personality. You'll find what you like, if you're into this kind of game. Kuddos to the team
Really fun game for the first 20 hours. I highly recommend giving it a try. Very cute and diverse characters, and I love the vibe of surviving in a brutal world the early part of the game gives. Also this may have some of the most inclusive gender options for the player. Gameplay gets a little tiring by the end. Playing maximally starts to feel a bit grindy. The game wants you to replay it, but I can't see myself getting engaged with the core systems again. There are a few ways to subvert them at least, but still. I wish the game dove into the implications of some of the themes of grooming that some of the content bordered on. Never fully crossed the line into actual grooming, but left me thinking the story would dive into a bit of a different direction than it ever did.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

★ This is an incredible game. I experienced so many emotions and rethought so many different things I'd never thought about before that it's hard to focus on just one... — The graphics - wow. Everything in the game is so rich, beautiful, and interesting... I adore this style. — The characters... Even if someone embodies a certain archetype, it's so comprehensively developed that I could talk for hours about each of them in detail. — The plot. The game has an incredible number of endings, but I got two, both related to Dys and Sym, and I won't be replaying it again. No, it's not because it took me 12 hours or a lot of brain activity; I just touched on SO MUCH other content on the way to the endings that I have an idea of what would have gone where. And I'm quite happy with this knowledge. Maybe someday I'll replay the game and see how things would have played out with a different MC, but right now, I won't... — The gameplay is quite repetitive, but meditative, and is complemented by well-written lore and dialogue. The card aspect is quite easy to understand, and in the last third of the game, you stop encountering any difficulties at all (the difficulty can be increased, if needed). — A HUGE thank you for the diversity in terms of orientations and genders. This is my special thanks as a gay man who was incredibly happy to have the opportunity to be with another guy in such an amazing cool game.
:)
I've always been obsessed with games like these, practically every single tag this game has fits into what I had in mind when I was looking for a game to play. Needless to say, I loved it. It's very whimsical, heart-warming, irritating at times, and the range of endings are satisfying enough. The art style is amazing-- that's something that always impacts my experience when playing games, the characters are all so lovable in their own ways, the gameplay was much more enjoyable than I expected, and the story is amazing. I have almost half of the achievements now and i will still keep on trying to get the rest. Overall, I definitely recommend this for those who like the tags it's under.
First time playing something like this and I LOVED IT. I liked the card mechanic and how different the choices make the plot. Highly recommend.
A basically perfect game. Loved every second of I Was a Teenage Exocolonist!
Phenomanal Story, Amaazing Visuals, Terrible romantic interests If you like deckbuilding, and story games that aren't just an animated novel, you will love this! Its heartbreaking as well as heartwarming and has near flawlessly combined character growth mechanics with deckbuilding mechanics. At the time of writing this I have over 80 hours on the game and still haven't done half the storylines you can do with this game. I always buy games when they're on sale as they're rarely worth their wholesale value, but I must say, this game is worth its full price. However, if you are looking for a romantic story, this just isn't it. There is no balance whatsoever between the male options and the female options. All of the guys have predetermined NPCs that they go together with better than you. Except for one, who is a huge narcissist that you have to spend the whole game worshiping to get the love scene with him. If that's your cup of tea, than congrats he's as well written as everything else, but if not I am afraid you're sol. The all of the dateable females are well written and have individual personalities, I'll admit I have only dated the male options, but I imagine you have to fight as hard to end up with a female as I did with one of the dudes.
Awesome!
I typically do early-on reviews and edits once I finish them (or put them down). That being said, this game was good enough to incentivize me to write very positive things about it early on. It hooked me early on in the game's plot. The narrative is very well-written, and it was fun to create a character with attribute growth sort of similar to Disco Elysium or something like that. The scope is small, which makes the gameplay fly by, and the plot unfolds in a very slow, unsettling way that keeps you on your toes. It may not be my favorite art style in the world, but it is good. The atmospheric music sets the tone well. I am very much looking forward to seeing how this plays out (did not watch the full trailer or see content warnings).
