Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I am that one weirdo who got into this series mostly because of the music. The characters are quite silly and over-the-top, but the story is pretty relaxed and comedic (and unexpectedly wholesome).. It's intentionally strange and catchy (Denpa, if you know the term). Give it 3 or 4 chapters and see if it clicks. Basically, you play as Sega, an airhead who has lost her memories but somehow knows that she is the protagonist. You start out getting bullied by Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. That's about the most realistic part of the story. On your adventure you’ll run into them again, and you'll save the world together. The plot is 100% self-aware and doesn't really take itself too seriously. It's more like a pile of Easter eggs and parodies which somehow grew into a solid JRPG story line. Mechanically it has a bit of everything. The turn-based tactical combat is pretty fun but can get a bit grindy and repetitive. Especially since they reuse a LOT of assets.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game is old and is look boring but i somehow have fun with this game for some reason i guess this game is actually good
Tbh I don't care about the characters or story too much but the RPG combat is actually super good; alone for that I'll probably play the sequels. Also you can play as characters names "MAGES" and "TEKKEN" and that's pretty peak.
Cara....
sniiiiiiif
Besides the grind for 100%; Rebirth 1 still holds up as a fun game today with fun self aware comedy, and very cute and charming characters. Largest downside is that some optional content can be permanently missed during a playthrough.
