House Flipper is a relaxing and enjoyable game that offers a lot of satisfaction through renovating and decorating houses. Unfortunately, the base game becomes repetitive fairly quickly, and it's the DLCs that really add more variety and make the gameplay feel fresh. My biggest disappointment is the achievement system. You can't unlock all the achievements without buying the DLCs, which I think is a poor decision by the developers. In my opinion, the base game should allow players to earn all of its achievements, while DLCs should only include their own separate ones. Despite that, House Flipper is still a great game to relax with, but it truly reaches its full potential only with the additional content.
It's a pretty fun game but it can be quite annoying to clean the windows sometimes! I drag my mouse just slightly to fast and it glitches out.
Chill, easy to 100% but you have to buy all dlc gets repetitive unless you try to decorate, I just clean and get out

House Flipper es uno de esos juegos perfectos para desconectar. Tiene un ritmo tranquilo y resulta muy satisfactorio ver cómo una casa completamente descuidada termina transformándose en un lugar totalmente renovado gracias a tu trabajo. Limpiar, pintar, decorar y administrar el presupuesto hace que siempre tengas algo para hacer sin sentirse abrumador. Con el tiempo puede volverse repetitivo si hacés muchas reformas seguidas, pero la libertad para diseñar los espacios y la cantidad de contenido disponible mantienen el interés durante muchas horas. Si te gustan los juegos relajantes y de gestión, es una muy buena opción.
