House Flipper

Very fun game with a relaxing gameplay loop with a lot of stuff to do that never feels overwhelming. I find myself popping in and cleaning a quick house when I’m waiting for something or just to chill out. A couple things though is that while I really appreciate the option to turn the bugs off as someone with very bad contamination OCD the option to do so is only shown AFTER you’ve seen and heard them, so having it when you start the game would be preferable. And there is also an achievement to do with the bugs that cannot be done with the glass, which is a bit unfair due to it being an accessibility feature. You also cannot get 100% achievements just from the base game and need to buy the DLC to 100% the game, which isn’t the developer’s fault as that’s just how Steam works unfortunately but still something to consider if you’re a completionist like me. I also believe English isn’t the developers first language so some of the translations and formatting looks a bit strange to English speakers, so having a native speaker tidy up some of the text would be a nice addition, but as someone who has translated games before I know it can be a task and a half. Overall very enjoyable game that just needs a bit more polish round the edges, 7/10

Amazing game, I couldn't stop playing!

Very nice! Relies heavily on intrinsic rather than extrinsic motivation, which I love in a cozy building game. Not sure there could be anything in the remastered pack worth fifty dollars, though.
