House Flipper Remastered Collection

Unfortunately, I uninstalled this game. There is a glitch still present from the demo that causes all of the doors and windows to delete from your office when returning from a job. The lighting is atrocious. Disappointed.

I have been all in from the beginning. I would not at this time cant support the purchase of this this game. It has been broken for longer than I have been able to play it. I was finally able to play after Hotfix 9 and that lasted until Hotfix 10. Now the game went from playable to blue screen crashing my computer. Then came the next hotfix, now my computer doesn't shut down but the game crashes with a Unity error. I will be glad to update this review if the game ever becomes playable and stable. Buyer Beware

would have hoped it would be more 'remastered' than it is. like going through and making staircases sellable, and roofs on all house building properties. giving all of the jobs a little update to make use of all of the things that got added over time/in dlcs (because all the dlcs are included). i'd say at this point it's kind of not worth it :/

Pile of garbage. Instead of fixing bugs from the original or improving things mechanics wise/adding more quality of life they acutally managed to add new bugs ....

I have played both the original House Flippers and House Flippers 2. This remastered collection is, hands down, the best of the three games. Everything has been organized in a more logical way, the updates are great, and the new tools are super helpful. Definitely worth buying, even if you have the original game.

Tenho 237 horas no jogo original e 326 horas no House Flipper 2. Joguei todas as Dlc's de ambos os jogos. Não esperava um jogo novo, mas esse parece exatamente o mesmo House Flipper 1, porém com shaders. Muito decepcionante! Esperava que as mecânicas estariam mais fluídas como no House Flipper 2 e que tivessem algumas novidades, mas continua o mesmo jogo. Não recomendo para novos jogadores pelo preço que é oferecido para eles.

当得知房产达人要出重制版时，我第一时间就加入了愿望单。因为我真的十分喜欢这款游戏，不仅让我享受到了翻新装修的快乐，还真的让我学会了一些简单的家具安装和电路维修技术。甚至我现在的电竞房就是在房产达人里模拟设计后装修出来的。 这部重制版的画面得到了增强；街道上还多出了路人和车辆，让整个城市不再显的死气沉沉；并且给予了老玩家足够的折扣，这一点非常满意。 但是很遗憾的是，原版的BUG也几乎完整保留了下来，玩法上也没有更多的革新，似乎仅仅只是增强了画面而已。 不过这些并不是我最在意的，我真正在意的是一个老问题，就是回家时的加载画面所显示的图片无法动态变更。我买了一栋房子，花费时间来除草、做园艺、翻新、装修，但每次当我完成任务回家等待加载时所看到的图片依然还是那破破烂烂的原始图片，这真的让人十分难受。明明游戏里已经提供了"装修前/装修后"的对比功能，为什么不能再添加一个替换加载画面所显示的图片的功能呢？还是已经有这个功能，我却没有发现？ 如果还没有添加该功能，我真的十分希望制作组能够看见我的期望，添加该功能；如果有这个功能，但是因为我自己没发现，我在这里先向制作组道歉，并希望制作组能够告诉我如何设置。 English: As soon as I heard that a remastered version of House Flipper was coming out, I added it to my wishlist without hesitation. I absolutely adore this game — it not only brings me joy from renovating and decorating houses, but also taught me practical skills like simple furniture assembly and basic electrical repairs. I even designed my own gaming room virtually in House Flipper before renovating it in real life. This remaster features upgraded visuals. Pedestrians and vehicles now wander the streets, breathing life into the formerly lifeless city. I’m also really satisfied that veteran players get a generous discount. Unfortunately, nearly all bugs from the original game have been carried over, and there are barely any innovative gameplay changes. It feels like they only polished up the graphics and nothing else. Even so, these are not my biggest concern. What truly upsets me is a long-standing issue: the artwork shown on the loading screen when returning home never updates dynamically. I bought a house and spent hours weeding, gardening, renovating and redecorating it. Yet every time I finish a job and head home, the loading screen still displays the original run-down preview image. It’s incredibly disappointing. The game already includes a before-and-after comparison feature for renovated homes, so why couldn’t the devs add an option to replace the loading screen picture? Or is this feature already available, and I’ve just overlooked it? If this function hasn’t been implemented yet, I sincerely hope the development team sees this request and adds it in a future update. If the feature already exists and I simply haven’t found it, I would like to apologize to the team in advance, and kindly ask you to guide me on how to set it up.
