Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

It is a nice idea but the time trials are terrible. I am not a good player I admint but these are really hard. it makes the whole game pointless to try and play.
This is a zero effort port from console to PC. That should tell you everything you need to know....the game is set up for gamepad, the icons and controls are for gamepad, the mouse might as well not exist, lack of customization, etc. That being said, if you can get past the fact that it is a crappy port, Hot Wheels Unleashed is a light-hearted fun racing game. I definitely get vibes of ReVolt, sadly without weapons though.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I wish I didn't have to put one of my few negative reviews down, but something is glaringly wrong with the design, especially for some of the DLC. It's a good game, if not a little hard, but it's marketed towards kids and the time trials are way too hard for them to ever beat. I thought he was just a kid and so I tried to myself and realize no these are just insanely hard and no one should have greenlighted that decision. Ineffectively makes some of the game completely unplayable with no option around them. Other than that it actually is a really tight racing game with good controls but there's just some inconsistencies that make it genuinely unplayable in some areas.
Race against my kids sometimes and the racing portion is fun. But they really should just let you unlock all tracks some other way. I'm not playing through the campaign to do all that since I have no interest in it. Just want to play versus matches. But it's still a fun game.
Hotwheels, vai encarar?
Awesome game ruined buy GREEDY publishers. Non compatible windows and windows Xbox versions. No longer supports 7680px wide screens for 2 x 4k split screen... GREED, GREED and more F'In GREED,m SHAME on you!
This is a great arcade racer, and it works perfectly on deck! Kinda sus that steam says "unsupported" when unleashed 2 gets a green check imo, almost as if they desperately want you to overlook this and go for the inferior second game... anyway, this is at its best in splitscreen mode with a friend, my playtime here is low but on xbox it is not. Definately get this on sale
Hot Wheels Unleashed is basically Trackmania with toy cars. Highlight is a well made "story" mode , beautiful visuals and especially very well designed twisty tracks full of jumps, traps and various obstacles, making each race fun and challenging. Handling is questionable, as it definitely needs a lot of time till you get used to it. Cars really handle like light plastic toys, not real cars, which makes every collision feel unnatural and random (in many case quite infuriating actually). Otherwise, I found the entire drifting mechanic, used to charge turbo, very satisfying and fun, especially once I really got used to it. There is also a well made track builder, where created tracks are shareable with community and added into track rotation in multiplayer races... and yes, those tracks are mostly extremely terrible :D Nevertheless, if you want a fun arcade racer in Trackmania style, buy once discounted, especially with all the DLC content.
Nice little arcade racing game. Do not expect much and you will have fun driving around the rooms in these small stylish cars. Also I hate the way to purchase new cars - loot boxes. I got like 50 boxes and only 2 new cars, all other were duplicates. This certainly does not belong in a game like this.
online system is crap but other than that good game
