Overall good, but the music... it's so bland i felt like there's only 3 that's playing repeatedly across the game, decided to turn off the music, and searched for racing game song playlist instead, and it immediately felt so much better not sure why, but the music made it felt like it lacks the human touch, probably because there's no human voice in the whole time i played, hence, the reason i decided to use outside music also, time trial is the hardest challenge so far, it demands complete understanding of the tracks, hazards, and your car controls, really felt like you need to play perfectly to do the optional goal of the time trial also also, i'm playing on easy because, holy ship, even in medium the front row AI felt like they played perfectly, so, i gonna need to have a really good cars and also played perfectly to even catch up to them
I bought this on sale for next to nothing and I honestly didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. Very fun arcade game, not the easiest of racers either considering its target audience but it’s very satisfying once you’ve mastered certain tracks. Graphics and artstyle are great too, perfect game to chill with after work, runs flawlessly on Steam Deck too. 7.5/10
