Blood Trail

i get that it's early access but i've owned this game for about 7 years now and it's barely any different. most noticeable change is honestly the LACK of previous features. they removed enemy types and there's no sign of when they'll come back with this game's slow updates. the gore physics are cool and all but that's really ALL the game has going for it, and although that has been steadily improving since release - the rest of the game is still suffering. there's absolutely no reason a $25 game can't do better over 7 years. i want to root this game on i really do, but it's just been nothing for way too long now.

Has insane potential but almost feels like abondened, the core elements are pretty awesome, maps? terrible. spawns are terrible, the only good thing is the npc s but the maps kill that too because they are very tight with enemies keep spawning behind and such. lighting in maps quite terrible too I hope gets a new update that adresses this I really wanted to like this game

This game feels like it was made by the CIA to train and keep tabs on people that they can use for false flag attacks

While I do believe that this game shows great potential to become one of the best VR titles available on the platform with the C.A.P.E.C.O.D. system, The price point of $25 is far too high for a project both this early in development, and lacking in features.

don't buy just yet, the game hasn't had any update or communication for over a year now, and is still unfinished. fun to pick up and put down time to time, but not worth $20 just yet. i do have faith for this game tho, as long as devs actually come back. also, the weapon physics are really janky but the pistol slide and shotgun cocking audio IS SO GOOD

The game is good but no update since last year. Come on guys update your games.

I initially purchased this in 2022 because the grittiness really appealed to me, but I ended up refunding it due to a massive lack of polish. Fast forward to 2026: I heard about the major updates (like C.A.P.E.C.O.D.) and decided to give it a second chance. Unfortunately, the game still feels like a tech demo. There is almost no noticeable improvement in the overall polish, and the AI is still subpar/stupid. I love the gore, but I can't justify the price tag for something that still feels this unfinished after all these years
