Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 18 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very good game when you get the hang of things i loved this game <3
A very good and creative game, very reminiscent of analog horror and Trevor Henderson's art. I personally found the final cutscene a bit anticlimactic, but overall, the game remained enjoyable throughout the in-game's seven-day span. The art created by the game's creator is stunning and well-crafted, as is most of the creature lore. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys '90s-style analog horror and interactive stories. P.S. I also read the art book that comes with the game on your desktop computer after completing it, and it's very interesting to see how the game was born from the fantasies brought to you by a DND bestiary the author read when he was still a child.

very fun little experience
Really fun game, great vibes. Creates an interesting and engaging world for the player to learn about.
VERY underrated game. I NEED more people to see how awesome this game is. I really like the horror aspect of the game, not outright jumpscaring you, but making you uneasy through some of the phone calls. Also had a lot of fun figuring out some of the phone calls with friends. Overall, I REALLY recommend this game to any and all.
Home Safety Hotline is an exceptionally creative horror title that proves fear can be built through imagination rather than constant shocks. Developed and published by Night Signal Entertainment, the game places players behind the desk of a customer support representative working for a hotline that assists homeowners dealing with unusual and often terrifying household problems. What begins as a seemingly ordinary job quickly evolves into an unsettling investigation of bizarre infestations, mysterious entities, and supernatural occurrences. Its unique premise immediately separates it from traditional horror games, offering an experience driven by observation, deduction, and storytelling instead of combat or survival mechanics. The core gameplay revolves around answering phone calls from worried customers, carefully listening to every detail they provide, and consulting an expanding database to identify exactly what is threatening their homes. Success depends on paying close attention to subtle clues hidden within conversations, as even the smallest detail can point toward the correct diagnosis. Once the proper hazard has been identified, players must provide the appropriate safety advice. Incorrect recommendations can have serious consequences, making every call feel meaningful and adding tension to what initially appears to be a routine desk job. The gameplay loop remains simple but becomes increasingly engaging as new entries and more complex cases are introduced. One of the game's greatest achievements is its atmosphere. Rather than relying on visual spectacle, Home Safety Hotline embraces a retro computer interface inspired by the early days of desktop operating systems, complete with low-resolution graphics, CRT-style presentation, and an excellent soundtrack that blends relaxing jazz with subtle unease. The contrast between the familiar workplace setting and the disturbing reports from callers creates a constant sense of dread. Because players rarely witness the horrors directly, the game allows imagination to fill in the gaps, often making its monsters far more frightening than explicit visual encounters. The writing is consistently impressive throughout the experience. Every caller has a believable personality, with conversations ranging from humorous misunderstandings to genuinely disturbing emergencies. Their reactions, fears, and uncertainty make each interaction feel authentic while gradually revealing a larger mystery hidden beneath the hotline's everyday operations. Instead of presenting lengthy exposition, the narrative unfolds naturally through conversations, internal documents, emails, and the ever-growing catalog of strange creatures. This approach rewards attentive players and encourages them to piece together the broader story through careful investigation. The database itself deserves special recognition because it functions as both a gameplay mechanic and an important world-building tool. Each entry contains detailed information about different pests, paranormal entities, and unexplained hazards, complete with identifying characteristics and recommended responses. The catalog steadily expands as players progress, introducing increasingly bizarre and imaginative threats inspired by folklore, urban legends, and original concepts. Searching through these files becomes surprisingly satisfying, transforming research into an enjoyable detective exercise that keeps every new case fresh and unpredictable. Another strength lies in how the game respects the player's intelligence. There are few obvious solutions, and progress depends on thoughtful analysis rather than guesswork. Similar symptoms may describe entirely different threats, forcing players to compare multiple possibilities before making a decision. This emphasis on logic makes successful diagnoses feel rewarding and encourages players to become increasingly familiar with the hotline's growing encyclopedia of dangers. At the same time, the learning curve becomes noticeably steeper during later shifts, and players who prefer faster-paced gameplay may find the deliberate investigative process somewhat demanding. Although Home Safety Hotline excels in originality, it is a relatively concise experience. The gameplay formula remains largely consistent from beginning to end, and players seeking varied mechanics or lengthy campaigns may wish there were additional systems to complement the investigation. However, the focused design ultimately works in the game's favor because it never overstays its welcome. Every shift introduces enough fresh cases and narrative developments to maintain curiosity until the conclusion. The production values also deserve praise despite the intentionally minimalist presentation. The sound design is remarkably effective, using ambient office noises, convincing voice performances, and carefully timed audio cues to build suspense. Accessibility options, including settings that reduce imagery associated with common phobias, demonstrate thoughtful design without compromising the atmosphere. Combined with its polished interface and consistent visual identity, the game creates an immersive experience that feels both nostalgic and unsettling. Home Safety Hotline succeeds because it transforms an ordinary customer service simulation into an unforgettable psychological horror experience. Its blend of investigative gameplay, excellent environmental storytelling, memorable world-building, and distinctive analog presentation offers something genuinely different from the majority of modern horror games. While its slower pace and specialized mechanics may not appeal to every player, those who appreciate mystery, deduction, and atmospheric storytelling will discover an experience that remains compelling long after the final phone call. Rating: 9/10
i want my own hobb tbh
