Charge into battle with over 150 players per server!

Holdfast is more than just a game, the community provides an extra experience through the many role-play features and proximity voice chat. It brings role-players, regiment (clan) members, casual gamers, and those who are here just for the untimely funny moments together. In Holdfast, your most powerful weapon isn't your musket, it's your voice.
The great Holdfast community welcomes you. ❤️

Engage in large-scale battles across multiple eras! Ram your shot and fire impressive displays of coordinated volleys in the Napoleonic Wars or take to the frontlines of WW1 and charge at the officer's whistle to death or victory.
Embark aboard warships from the golden age of sail and take to the seven seas. Bombard the beaches of historic Gallipoli with the mighty dreadnought.

Steadfast men in the ranks and take lead as an officer, fire devastating musket volleys while standing shoulder to shoulder, support the fight from the rear with artillery, command naval vessels, ride to glory on horseback or give ‘em steel with bayonet equipped.
A grand selection of 27 classes to play with. Every class comes with its own traits and abilities which are crucial for your team’s success.

Battle-hardened soldiers can cosmetically display their feats through Holdfast’s player progression and customisation mechanics. Select from 100+ unlockables featuring customisable heads, unique backpacks, specialised muskets and melee weaponry or cheer for your Emperor with various gestures and shouts.

Take the King’s shilling or fight for the Emperor in smoke-filled Napoleonic field battles! Declare your allegiance to the British Empire, French Empire, Kingdom of Prussia, Russian Empire, Austrian Empire or the Kingdom of Italy.
Head over the top with the Central or Allied Powers and strive for dominance on trench-ridden battlefields of the Great War.

incredibly intriguing experience 5 stars
gud
Best immersive colonial - ww1 era game out there community is the best !!!
The single worst control layout. No resemblence to Quake, COD 1, Medal of Honor, ArmA or Red Orchestra, but instead K to toggle talking, Y to talk, X to cancle and also do melee combat. UTTER disgrace to the PCMR.
nowhere else will you find more bang for your buck.
The controls are a bit janky especially in melee mode but this game is awesome. And it is awesome because the player base: from the role players who really get into character to the early 2000s COD chat vibes this is a place where Chuds can be Chuds. Its also great to play as American patriots fighting to instill government at the consent of the governed and fight off a future as Brits with no guns or air conditioning.
works fine on Linux, haven't had to tweak the settings a single time
So much fun.
really run its kinda dying tho
Wait, I didn't review this yet? Well damn, guess I spent my time playing and having fun instead of thinking about reviewing. Worth every penny, and a tip for new players it ain't like COD.
