The levels drag on, the pacing is off between fights. Once they introduce the parry mechanic, they slow down the game and fights even more with forced QTE parry sections that you have to repeat if you miss a single parry. Was loving it during the first 3 "tracks" (levels), but I had to drop it before I even reached half of the game.
a historia e gameplay desse jogo é fenomenal, a gameplay é bem balanceada e a historia é muito cativante
Hated it. The timing required in this game is incredibly finnicky and annoying. And if there's even a tiny amount of latency in your audio stream... you're cooked. My only regret is that I should have given up earlier.
Just when I thought I had finished the main story, the game opened up with a ton of missions, minigames, and new modes. Okay, maybe not a thousand, but a lot, and it surprised me in the best way. I’m really happy there is more story after “the end.” Hi-Fi Rush is an amazing game if you want to have fun while listening to good, hyped-up music. The instrumental tracks are great, but the last three songs are awesome. I loved them so much. The game itself is pretty goofy and not extremely difficult, so don’t expect Hollow Knight levels of challenge. But that is exactly why it shines: it is fun and laid-back. It is difficult enough to be a little challenging, but not so hard that you cannot enjoy the story or end up stuck in a level. The only criticism I have is about some of the controls. The vertical jump sometimes feels a little unintuitive, and the game can get chaotic at times. But honestly, I think that is part of its charm. The animations, the 3D animated scenes, and the comic-like frames are really well done. It is clearly a game with a lot of work behind it, and especially, a lot of love. Everything feels carefully made, and you can notice it in every frame, every design, and every song. I still have extra content to finish, but the game has been absolutely worth it so far. (I love the caaat)
Absolutely excellent game from start to finish.
