Reviews
Before I go into the review proper, realize this game has strong sexual content, and I reviewed it for another site. Story/Plot: The game has you take on the role of Liam in a world where superheroes were once loved, then hated when the most powerful hero turned villain and tried to take over the world. After a battle killed most of them, the survivors went anonymous. However, new individuals with superpowers are starting to emerge, Liam among them. Against this backdrop, you live in the same house with 2 young women, Alison and Jane, who are going to college in the hope to control their power. Of course, things start to happen like a vigilante running through the city, as well as the fact that with every superpower, there is a weakness. One thing I will also note is that at the start you can dictate your relationship with the 2 girls. Either they are your sisters, or childhood friends, and there is some text that reflects this. I will at least give it points for being upfront about that part instead of the 'landlady/roommate' euphemisms you see because devs were scared of Patreon or something. I will say I actually liked the story. It isn't going to win any awards, but the English worked, and there wasn't many spellings. And hey, the protagonist wasn't a jerk. Visuals: The game makes use of mostly static images of the same art program that almost all these adult games use. As a result, you will get a lot of deja-vu on the characters since you probably saw their likenesses in other games. I've seen some better renders in other games, but they are passable. On a personal gripe, they really need to start making males look better. Sometimes I think they'd be better off putting a bag over their head. Also, if you want sex, there is only one real sex scene. Everything else struck me as teasing, story-building, etc. I actually enjoyed this as I got to like the characters, but this may turn off some players. Gameplay: As a visual novel, the only gameplay in this was basically make a choice, and see what effect, if any, it has. It is early to tell how much impact it will have since there are only 3 chapters. The only gripe I have is basically the last scene in Ch 3, the sex scene. I would have liked it if the player could say 'um, maybe we shouldn't do this.' There were a couple of other instances where you could say "hmm, I'm not really attracted to said person" and I appreciated it. Don't get me wrong, I would have chosen yes for the sex scene (I did say I liked the characters), just a little bit of choice there would be nice. Sound/Music: There are a few sound effects, and stock music in the background. You've probably heard them in other games, but they work well enough here that I didn't mind it. Difficulty: As a visual novel, it wasn't difficult. Choices and actions are fairly straightforward (a few VNs actually have a lot going on under the hood). Extras/Achievements: There are no extras like a replay menu in here, nor are there Steam achievements. Recommendation: So would I recommend the game? I actually enjoyed the story, and am looking forward to the next episodes so I will put it as a personal yes. For other people? That is a tough call. Many people want the sex fairly quickly and I said, there is only one real sex scene, and you can tell this is going to be a slow build-up...so this would be a no for them.

I purchased Heroes because its premise sounded interesting, and I like to support independent developers. But, I can't recommend this game. First, let me list pros for the game as I see them: - Graphics are on a par with some other adult visual novels I've played (not great but not horrible). - I like that all the female characters don't have the stereotypical and overused exaggerated breasts and butts so often used in AVNs. - The idea for the story has potential. However.... Cons: - Exposition in the story is often unnecessary, tedious, and boring. - What minimal animations there are in the game are rudimentary and subpar compared even to other early access AVNs I've played. - Few options for choices. The narrative directs choices for you the majority of the time. - Plot lines are largely so unbelievable that I can't force myself to willingly suspend disbelief. Maybe with extension revisions to the game, it might be worth playing. But based on what I experienced in the early access version, I'm not sure I'm willing to waste more time to find out.
18+ AVN + sexy scenes + various characters = Overall a decent story driven fantasy with choices. Some teasing at the start before serious action. Graphics are good with some short animations. There is so much wrong with this product. Where to start?! How about a good place. The concept is good, different, potential but then it fails in every way. The protagonist is wrong. When in doubt 'Point of View (POV)', this guys does not inspire any interest in following his life and allow for us to include outr own name in it. Secondly, why is he always walking around half mast. Is he Viagra-man?! And who the hell masturbates like that. That leads me to the animations, they are half completed. Seriously quality check this stuff before people have to pay good money for it. Now all that could be tolerated if the dialogue was half decent. No-one talks like that, not to mention, stop plot pointing out everything. Let the story tell the story. Seriously bumped I wasted good coffee money on this drivel.
So annoying to have character on screen and then pop up a larger one of the same character when talking. Also why should I look at the guys ♥♥♥♥ where he talks..Shrink the talking characters to half or one third of their size. And last, I fell asleep for 2 hours while playing the game. I think I had more fun sleeping.
Solid visual novel. Definitely deserves a bit more attention than it currently has in my opinion. Dialogue/script is good and there is the ability to make choices, although I'm unsure what actual impact that has on the story. If I could give a 'meh' review I would, because although I enjoyed the game, I think you can purchase much better games for the price that is currently being asked. Game is also not yet complete, so hopefully there will be more content in the future with this release.
First off the two females in this game you start out with living with you either you'll choice is that they are your sisters or friends. What path you decide to follow though on is up to you but some of the wording will change but not much more then that. You have several choices in the game on what paths or other things/ideas you want to do. The story can feel like it gets off track from time to time but stick with it and you'll understand better over the course of the game. I enjoyed playing this game and will play through it a second time to see how the story changes and the outcome if there is much difference vs my first play through. If you are someone that just wants to skip to the sex scenes then this game might not be for you since you need to make the right choices to get there. Depending on how fast or slow you read as well as if you take pic's while playing will depend on how much time it take to finish your first play through. My first time since I'm not a speed reader and it took me just under 11 hrs.
*** IMPORTANT EDIT *** After purchasing the next two instalments I do have to warn that while *THIS* story was okay, it pretty much goes downhill afterwards. So if you can play *THIS* game and enjoy it by itself, I would recommend it. But if you think you'll want to finish the whole series then I honestly can't recommend giving it a start. *** END EDIT *** Back to *THIS* game now . . . Good story, sexy visuals. The writing and grammar can be a bit rough at times but not too terrible. Characters are interesting and develop over the course of the plot. I think a few oddities stood out at me more this time around than before. While the graphics are good the animations are few. Specifically, there is only one true sex scene and it's near the end. The majority of the story has full frontal nudity and some masturbation, but not sexual intercourse. I think a key hint (and possible point of confusion) is the word "Eroticism" in the title. Most people probably expect an "erotic" visual novel to have lots of hardcore intercourse, like many of the adult visual novels currently on Steam. But the developer of this title apparently used it more literally. "Eroticism" in this case looks to focus more on arousing feelings of desire rather than showing a bunch of hardcore sex scenes. So I would recommend this game for the story and the visuals but if you're expecting plenty of hardcore sexual gratification you'll likely end up disappointed. Another oddity is why there are so many scenes of the male main character being naked and half-erect, even in perfectly normal situations like getting dressed or taking a shower alone. Either the MC has a problem, or it made me suspect the developer of this story might have been born without the anatomy in question and so draws him that way because they *think* men are always partially ready to go.
