It is such a unique experience and I love it for what it is doing. Just wish DLSS was not required as much on 4k with a 3080ti.

Just like its first game Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 out does itself once again. Ninja theory have made what I would consider to be a graphically stunning, and story rich game, giving you agency where it matters and holding your hand where it needs to for the sake of the story. And like the previous Hellblade game, its focus on Psychosis, and the inner demons that Senua has to face, and by proxy in this one, the demons others must face themselves too, keeps you engaged. Its a slog of a game though, and it isn't by any means fast, but when the combat ramps up, it feels meaningful, manic, but also feels like it is truly for a reason - like you as the player/Senua you HAVE to fight. Not just becuase its a game but within the story to see the whole thing through. Its also an incredibly gory game (not seen here), but that is nature of a game that is so heavily entrenched in early 750 to 800 AD Scandinavia and Scotland, due to the Norsk influences and history of the time. To say its a beautiful game - oversimplifies it. Its another phenomenal game from an incredibly creative team that also focuses on meaning in their games down to the very core influences. Ninja theory absolutely killed it with this yet again, and I cant wait for the next installment!
