I. Presentation Graphics ✓ Quite possibly the best visuals I've ever seen in a videogame. Every frame looks meticulously crafted, with stunning character models, photorealistic environments, and facial animation that remains unmatched. Sound ✓ Arguably the finest sound design and voice acting I've encountered. Every whisper, scream, footstep, and environmental cue feels deliberate and authentic. The audio work is nothing short of extraordinary. Music ✓ They absolutely cooked. UI ✓ There are no HUD elements and virtually no on-screen button prompts. Despite that, the game remains remarkably intuitive and easy to read. It's impressive how well Ninja Theory's minimalist philosophy works in practice, creating immersion without sacrificing clarity. II. Gameplay Loop ✓ Hellblade II features far fewer puzzles than its predecessor, making it difficult to completely dismiss the "walking simulator" criticism. There is a substantial amount of traversal, and exploration is fairly limited due to the highly linear structure. That said, encounters are elevated by phenomenal audio, exceptional animation work, and a powerful soundtrack. Every confrontation feels intimate, brutal, and consequential. The mechanics themselves are straightforward, but they remain satisfying throughout. Parries, counters, and execution sequences look fantastic and reward patience, awareness, and timing. Like the first title, this is not a "gamer's game" in the traditional sense. The focus isn't mechanical complexity or player expression. The priority here is immersion, atmosphere, and storytelling, and the gameplay exists primarily in service of those goals. Balance ✗ I played on the standard adaptive difficulty and breezed through most of the adventure. The handful of deaths I experienced barely registered thanks to an extremely forgiving checkpoint system and an automatic rewind mechanic during boss encounters. The puzzle segments are equally approachable, requiring very little thought to solve. Frequent hints further reduce any sense of challenge. In fact, the biggest issue isn't that Hellblade II is easy, but that there simply aren't enough interactive systems to create meaningful gameplay depth. There isn't much room for mastery when the experience is so heavily curated. Story ✓ The clear highlight. Hellblade II is a short journey, but within its limited runtime it delivers excellent writing, compelling characters, and consistently strong dialogue. The performances are outstanding, elevated even further by the world-class audio production. Do yourself a favor and play this with a good pair of noise-cancelling headphones. It makes a tremendous difference. Without venturing into spoiler territory, we're still experiencing the world through Senua's perspective, but this time she shares the stage with a broader cast. Senua remains one of the most vulnerable protagonists I've ever played, yet her courage never feels diminished by that vulnerability. Watching her confront fear despite her struggles remains deeply compelling. Pacing ✗ Senua moves painfully slowly, and her traversal animations outside of combat often feel awkward and cumbersome. As a result, moving through environments can become tedious, particularly during stretches where little is happening narratively. The gorgeous vistas and incredibly detailed scenery help alleviate the issue, but only to a point. Ultimately, this is a relatively short adventure that often feels longer than it needs to because navigation lacks engagement. The cave sequence, in particular, significantly overstays its welcome. III. Impact Resonance ✓ Like its predecessor, I came away deeply impressed by what Ninja Theory accomplished here. The key word is probably experience. For roughly seven hours, I inhabited the mind of someone living with psychosis, and the studio's commitment to portraying that perspective is remarkable. The care, empathy, and craftsmanship on display deserve enormous recognition. I'm already looking forward to Hellblade III. Hopefully next time Senua is given more opportunities for meaningful interaction beyond a two-button combat system and environmental observation puzzles. Identity ✓ Much like the original, this is a genuinely unique work. Where the first game explored grief, guilt, and isolation, the sequel continues to tackle difficult themes with maturity and confidence. Its interpretation of Norse mythology is beautifully realized while avoiding many of the genre's most predictable conventions. More than anything, I hope we get to spend more time with Senua in the future. And I hope we get to see her smile a little :/ Verdict: 4/5

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

La storia è inesistente ed i puzzle sono banali. Di fatto è solo combattimento, fatto benissimo, con animazioni spettacolari, ma dopo un po' l'ho trovato di una noia insormontabile ed ho smesso di giocarlo.
Stunning and worthy followup to the first game
Wonderfully crafted audiovisual experience
I love lloovvee everything about Senua's Saga, great graphics
jogo mais lindo q ja joguei
Jogo extremamente bom! só faltou otimizações para placas mais antigas (GPU)
