You're better off watching a playthrough unless you have a computer capable of remotely launching extra terrestrial space craft located in another galaxy. Furthermore, the gameplay has gotten worse since the first Hellblade which I didn't think was possible. I thought the right stick targeting in the first one was terrible, they've completely removed any control in this one. It's entirely a series of cutscenes with you pressing a few buttons here and there. The puzzles, if you can even call them that, are significantly easier with the voices whispering every instruction on what to do before your brain even has time to think for itself. They should just be making movies.
Графоний мое почтение, интерфейса нет, как-будто играешь в кино. Обязательно проходить в наушниках, интересная как и 1 часть.
Walking simulator, boring ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game with a skitzo mc. You have to listen to 40 different people whispering in your headphones all at the exact same time while the character walks painfully slow and takes unnecessary diversions on her simple path. A river with 3 feet of water? you should walk an extra 5 minutes to avoid that. Graphics are good but everything else sucks balls. combat is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lame. you'd think a game called Hellblade would be the opposite but its just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring. I'm trying so hard to like this game but I cant find a reason to. It would have been so easy to add quick time events for sections that you have to run or make the combat more intricate but nah, just spam left click, dodge, spam left click more.
Compared to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II feels like a huge step up in every way. The gameplay is smoother, the story hits harder, the visuals look amazing, and the characters feel much more real I’m really glad the annoying puzzles and repetitive fights are gone. That’s actually why I dropped the first game, so I was hoping the sequel wouldn’t go down the same path - and thankfully, it didn’t This time around, I felt way more connected to the characters. I actually cared about what happened to Senua and the people around her. The sound design and environments were also incredible and really pulled me in Thanks for such a great experience and an awesome story
Graphics are amazing, and story is nice
Press W to not play, I guess. After 10 min. I still couldn't figure out if there was any actual gameplay to this, and I even really liked the predecessor.
Great visuals, sound design and camera angles for a movie and 0 gameplay, just press W some times push F and its should feel like a game? May be will try with a gamepad but for now as a PC experience its an interactive movie.
A bit sad to downvote this game. But it is as sad as was to discover that it's so much weaker story wise than the first game (which was pretty brilliant imo). Hellblade 2 is visually stunning, but that's pretty much all. It plays a bit better in the environmental puzzles, and the combat while being visually an upgrade, mechanically it's rather a downgrade.
Without a doubt the best game I've ever played. Graphics 10/10 Story 10/10 Combat is flawless. No loading scenes, seamless transitions, it's like an interactive movie. Incredible
