About

It’s 1981, and the dream of a new home in space for all humanity is dead. After fighting for decades against an intangible and ephemeral existential threat from beyond the solar system, Earth command has declared the war effort a huge waste of time. The honeymoon is over, and a future of glittering cities across the solar system and cosmic battles between giant robots just isn’t going to happen. The outcome is clear: it’s time to come home.
But we don’t care. Giant robots may not make any sense. Celestial cities across the solar system are silly dreams. They are, however, extremely awesome. We, the girls who were raised in space, to be special and incredible and pave the way for a new future, aren’t giving up so easily. We’ve got invincible Ship-Selves for ferrying human bodies through time and space, and we have the weight and power to make a fantasy of the future real.
We’re not going out without a fight.

Heaven Will Be Mine is a queer science fiction mecha visual novel from the creators of queer cult horror visual novel We Know The Devil, about joyriding mecha, kissing your enemies, and fighting gravity’s pull. Follow three women piloting giant robots in the last days of an alternate 1980s space program fighting for humanity’s future—or ditching their jobs to make out with each other instead.
Experience the story from the perspective of three pilots bound by fate and gravity: veteran ace Luna-Terra, overwhelming super psychic Pluto, and hacker-hijacker Saturn as they fight across three different factions in an eight day war. Your choices decide if they become clandestine lovers or passionate rivals, and which faction’s ultimate plan for humanity’s fate in space and beyond will be realized. Win for your ideals or lose for love, and grasp heaven in your hands.
Co-Creators Aevee Bee, Founder of Mammonmachine: ZEAL and critic of games by and for weirdos, and illustrator & cartoonist Mia Schwartz reprise their roles as writer and artist respectively, Alec Lambert (We Know The Devil) returns with a surreal and cosmic soundtrack of lo-fi, deep tech electronics and Christopher Simon joins the team with gorgeous retro UI aesthetics. Developed in collaboration with Pillow Fight.

Multiple Playable Protagonists: Watch the narrative unfold from the perspective of one of the three main characters.
A Battle For The Fate Of Space: Your choices determine which of three factions will emerge victorious and determine the fate of space—but if you just pick based on who you wanna kiss, we won’t get mad.
A Rich World To Explore: Look through chat logs and emails to understand the rise and fall of the space program, and the end of their many dreams.
For mature audiences. Features fantasy violence, body horror and discussion of sexuality, abuse and trauma.

Absolutely beautiful game. Amazing writing. Its abstract painterly words will suck you in like gravity. I've never played any game like this. If you're even slightly interested please pick this up
Incredible game, so many layers, so beautiful. Changed my life.
Came for the yuri, stayed for the weird sci fi setting and some of the most original mechs I've seen since Gurren Lagann (and also for the yuri, I guess). + I played a single route (Saturn) a few years back and remember being very impressed by the mechs' designs and abilities - a regenerating biomechanical thing with electro-poison, a double gravity singularity that feels way bigger than it is, and a more classic sniper robot that still has a few oddities like a bleeding wound and a propensity for sexual tension. It's clear that the artist is a better character designer than mech designer, but the mechs still manage to fit their pilots perfectly, to the point that they feel like an extension of their personality (so much that they're even called "ship-selves" in the game). So I played through the other routes more recently and they all offer excellent character development, both for the 3 main characters and their sidekicks, who all feel like part of a bigger plot in a bigger world. + The story revolves around 3 factions (one for each main character) who all have very different views about how humanity should deal with space, and the people who live in it. Like the devs' previous game, We Know the Devil, a lot of it is rife with symbolism about queer people and how the "other" often becomes the "enemy". It's also among those rare sci fi works that tries to show aliens not as a bunch of humanoid lookalikes who just happen to not live on Earth, but as a concept truly incomprehensible by the human mind. - While the story and characters are top notch, the usual VN mechanics of multiple choice branching into different routes don't really work that well here though. The choices you get are often ambiguous and obscure, and a lot of times it's not really clear what you'll get out of them aside from "faction X advances their goal". During my first playthrough as Saturn I got the ending for Luna-Terra's faction, which prominently featured a character who was only mentioned in passing in Saturn's route so I was fairly confused. After playing through all 3 routes, I'd recommend sticking mostly to the faction tied with the character you're currently playing to avoid that kind of thing. Which makes me wonder if the story would not have been better served by a trio of kinetic (choiceless) routes. 9/10 Easily the gayest sci fi story I've ever read, while also being one of the most original sci fi stories I've ever read. The few mechanical shortcomings of the medium don't really affect it that much.
A powerful entry in the mecha genre, it can be sweet, thought-provoking, intense, and of course *hot*. Each character is well defined and fun, some who might act completely differently depending on who they're interacting with. The Existential Threat, Gravity and Culture. As the game slowly reveals its hand around these the commentary and metaphor come into sharp relief. Highly recommended if you're a fan of mecha and/or girls. Now I'm gonna go look at the rest of Aevee Bee's work
I have never played a game that made me cry until my head pounded and chest heaved. and then kept crying. I dont understand how something so beautiful exists, even when i dont really understand it. all I know is that this game and its creators understand me. that's worth more than anything else I could say about it.
Come for the gay girls, stay for the melancholic musings on what it means to be human with a killer soundtrack. Also the writers were definitely horny for the robots so you know it's a good mecha story.
The most pretentious garbage I ever had the misfortune of experiencing. 10/10
This is excellent. Some of the weirdest, borderline illegible but at the same time most inspired writing I've read in the genre. I especially enjoyed the triple protagonist plot structure, the replays felt unique and rewarding and all the alternative endings and paths offered weird, cute or cool new stuff.
Melhor jogo de todos, tem romance Transbico / Sapatrans, todas as personagens são super interessantes, o worldbuilding e as questões filosóficas te cativam e a trilha sonora é dos deuses 😔👌
